Quest'alloggio gode di ampio spazio privato adatto sia alle coppie che alle famiglie nonché per chi è portatore di handicap. L'appartamento, completamente ristrutturato, è dotato di mobilio nuovo, compreso un grande divano letto, cucina nuova attrezzata di forno, forno a microonde, bollitore, tostapane, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, phon, aria condizionata, televisore a schermo piatto. Inoltre è dotato di completo letto, asciugamani e prodotti per l'igiene personale. WI-FI gratuito, area esterna attrezzata con tavolo e sedie, con barbecue e dondolo.
Zona servitissima sia negli acquisti che negli spostamenti, questo appartamento è perfetto per visitare Como ma ben collegato anche per Milano (meno di 1h di treno), i principali aeroporti di Malpensa e Linate e la Svizzera (meno di 1h di treno per Lugano) grazie alla vicinissima stazione di Grandate-Breccia e lo snodo autostradale di Como Centro. Nelle immediate vicinanze (raggiungibili anche a piedi) sono presenti servizi di prima necessità come una farmacia, super mercati, banche, Ufficio postale, bar-tabacchi e fermate autobus. A solo 3,5 km. c'è l'ospedale Sant'Anna raggiungibile in soli 15 minuti.
