The rooms themselves are great, however check your invoice. The staff have been advised to add taxes on top of the already quoted rates with taxes included on Expedia. The staff member could not explain it other than to say the Manager makes them do it that way.

the room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable.However, tv wouldnt work for more than 2 mins at a time, water didnt get hot in shower (room temp at best), breakfast provided was VERY limited. I wish someone would have taken the time to shovel a path between parking stalls.

The parking lot was snow covered icy very slippery spend 5 days there no one plowed the parking lots .there is no excuse for that . First room had a plugged toilet no one there to fix it , send up a plunger for us to try and on plug no luck had to change rooms from 4 floor to 3 floors bed were well used needs new mattress.
