There was a cab promised to pick me up from the airport and when I walked outside there was 10 cabs sitting there waiting. But unfortunately the cab company that was there was not the one to offer a shuttle to the hotel. 10 cabs from the opposition and not one from the Hilton Inn and Suites had a contract with So I ended up paying for my own shuttle

Our room had garbage on the floor when we got there, so not sure how good the vacuuming was. The garbage for the bathroom had puke in it and the staff didnt clean it, they just put a new bag in it. Pur kids fell on the ice in the parkjng lot as it wasnt sanded. We always stay there but maybe not next time!

the hotel close to the airport, looks very clean and nice, unfortunately, I had a sleep issue, the room temperature (which was set at 21 degrees) and the comforter/blanket were something wrong. I can't sleep well for 2 nights. never had that issue with any other hotels in the past.

Clean and spacious room. Service staff at the pantry/ breakfast lounge should be accommodating to start the day. Pool is nice and big with hot tub spa and a slide that kids and the whole family will enjoy.
