Herzlichen Dank, dass Sie sich so viel Zeit genommen haben diese äußerst positive Bewertung abzugeben und sie auch noch so sachlich zu begründen! Es freut uns natürlich besonders, wenn es jemandem im Hotel GOLLNER so gut gefallen hat, wie Ihnen. Bitte lassen Sie es uns sofort wissen, wenn es ein technisches Problem, wie in dem beschriebenen Fall, gibt. Wir werden trotzdem versuchen, nachzuvollziehen um welches Zimmer es sich gehandelt hat und den Fehler nach Möglichkeit beheben. Die drei Punkte (Lage, Service, Zimmer), die Sie angeführt haben, gehören eindeutig zu den wichtigsten Eigenschaften, wenn man das Hotel GOLLNER beschreiben möchte. Ihre Zeilen bedeuten jedenfalls einen großen Motivationsschub für unser Team.
