Ellicottville Farmhouse 5 mins to Holiday Valley. Completely remodeled 4 bedroom and 3 full bath farmhouse! Only a 2 minute walk to the best diner in the area, Katy's Fly-In. 25 year old min renter age and 11 guests maximum. Beds Include: 2 King, 2 queen, 1 queen sofa bed, 1 twin sofa bed.

Self check-in and check-out. We are available by message, text, phone, and in person.

Guests are the only people on the entire property.

Ski house
House was clean and convenient for trips to and from the ski resort. Kitchen appliances were up-to-date, but kitchen supplies limited cooking possibilities. No mixing bowls or baking dishes. Only 8 plates, 8 of each eating utensil and only 4 mugs, Not enough for 6 adults and 8 kids to eat multiple meals a day. No usable ping-pong balls. Why have a mini-ping-pong table if no balls to play with? Bonus room was too cold to use for anything beyond ski/coat/boot storage.

Great Space
The house was in a perfect location as we were minutes from Ellicottville and also the casino. The house was spotless and looks exactly as it does in the pictures. They provided everything we needed kitchen and bathroom. The only flaw in the house is that there are no closets or dressers to put clothes away.... I would definitely stay there again for a long weekend.
