Clean, friendly B & B

Pros: Loved the room decor (room1) , friendly staff, great breakfast.
Warm welcome, and nice to be able to come and go whenever we wanted and not have every move watched.

Nice hotel, good location.

Overall, Chris was nice, he accommodated all of our requests, including the towel swans & a red rose :)The breakfast was lovely, but maybe some background music would be nice, was a bit awkward sitting in silence with other guests. Parking was a bit of a pain, there is lots of free parking but 1 I don't like parking my car on the road in places I don't know well & 2 it gets absolutely chokka block! But Chris did come out & move his car everytime we asked to get on drive- though this ment having to wait til after 10am the next day before you could get it out-I assume due to breakfast times. We stayed in room 6, which was ample for us, the shower however is actually in the room, around the corner from the bed, but all you have is a glass door, then bedroom. Which is OK if your a couple etc, but theres no protecting your dignity, not an issue for us, but worth bearing in mind for others. Also, if you are on the larger side, the shower may not be suitable, it is very small, with a consatena door, I managed ok, I'm far from slim, if anyone much bigger than me tried to get in, think they would have trouble. A few reviews mention how small the tv is, yes it would be nicer to have a slightly bigger TV, if like us, you spend an entire day in bed hungover, but to be fair, we didn't travel 2 hours to Yarmouth to watch TV all day. The only real negative for me, was I could only open the windows an inch, I like to have some fresh air in my room. Overall nice b&b, would stay again. :)
