I Thought it was a very nice hotel. Right on tbe sea front with free parking and breakfast included in the price
Plus the breakfast is very good.
Only downside in my opinion is the even meals are a bit pricey
Bathroom needs a little update.a bit tight getting in to the car park.on the plus side .staff all very pleasant and food of a very good standard.on the whole a very good experience.
Friendly staff, great views of the beach/sea, clean room, lovely breakfast, walking distance from the hustle and bustle of the pier/Joyland which is what we wanted for our family, but far enough away to be quiet.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
I had very high hopes for this hotel after reading the reviews from others. But I was disappointed from first impression. The room I was initially given was incredibly outdated and looked like a hostel room. Nothing like any of the pictures. However kindly the front desk moved me to a much nicer room which was worlds apart. However the walls are incredibly thin and I could hear the neighbours TV so loud in the rooms on both sides of me. The room was also baking hot. Although my second room was lovely with a beautiful sea view. I would not return to this hotel again as it did not live up to the exceptional ratings thus far.
Quirky 24 hrs in Yarmouth. Quick check in, bar, friendly receptionist ( family business )comfortable bed and stunning view. Walkable to everything. Slept really well. Family room 32 double and single bed with tea coffee facilities in the room.

Nice clean hotel, only issue I can see is there are steep stairs ( due being a grand old house) so check before booking if you have mobility issues.

Very friendly owners and staff. Big seafront hotel with parking. Lovely cooked breakfast and other options. Comfortable rooms. Very good choice for a hotel in Great Yarmouth, quiet area around 15 mins walk from town centre.
This hotel was as expected. Friendly staff, and very helpful. We just had breakfast there which was lovely, I cannot comment on evening meal. It was a great location, close to many amenities.
There was no lift, so you need to be quite mobile.
Will be returning next year.
Greeted by a really friendly host. Parking was available for free at the back of the hotel. Room was just up the stairs.
Room had 2 small double beds and was clean and tidy. Fresh towels and complimentary shower gel, soap and shampoo.
Yea and coffee with biscuits also provided.
Breakfast choice in the morning was excellent and really nice.
Used this hotel for an event near the hotel. Its overlooks the coast and a few minutes walk to town. Cant fault the staff, friendly, helpful and polite. Hotel was clean. Price was reasonable. The breakfast was really nice and the restaurant served evening meals if you wanted to eat in. Down side, yes sorry.... heating was on constantly , so windows were open all day and night as the thermostate on one of the radiators by the bed didnt work so we were unable to turn that radiator off. I think there may have been sewage works being carried out at the hotel as every know and then there was a smell in the bathroom that wafted into our room which probably couldnt be helped. Having said all that, would defo stay again :-)
Room was great. Food was amazing. Water pressure for the shower is not great. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls in Room 35. Apart from that couldn’t fault the hotel or the staff
Communal areas are decorated well. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are tired. Bathroom needs a refurb but rooms are clean and are well equipped. Excellent service and breakfast. Warm welcoming. Beautiful sea view.
