Staff is very rude and bunch of liars. Oof room was very dirty with spots on the carpet and water damaged closets. So the manager Chirag Agarwal on duty at 9 pm checkin time promised us that he will not charge for the restaurant that evening but upon checkout he denied that he promised that. The manager on duty at time of checkout was very rude and said he will not do it and said that because I am Hindu and that’s why I’m being discriminated by him because he is Muslim and he does not do any favors for Hindus.

I have my colleagues have stayed a year ago and the electricity have turned off on them now when I went and checked myself this time and rented a suite, there was stains in the floor and dust under the bed and the bathrooms was renovated and shows the paint on the bathtub also, the duty manager won’t help you with anything

Very stubborn reservation staff who refuse to help to correct a mistake which was immediately notified and all they are interested is to repeat to like a broken record talking about rules and nothing can be refunded, even if they know and realise that it was a some mistake but booking agency.
