The lack of towel bars on the walls was inconvenient. The lack of a guide for TV shows means having to waste a lot of time determining what is available to watch. The breakfast was good with several choices and the cooked dishes were always hot.

I booked a room for my elderly parents two months in advance. They require a handicap accessible room as my dad uses a walker/cane and needs bars in bathroom and a walk in shower. I called the Monday before their stay to confirm the reservation and was assured everything was good. My parents showed up on Friday and were told they did in fact have a handicap accessible room on the second floor but that the elevator was broken. My father can’t do stairs!! There were no handicap rooms on the first floor available so they were offered a regular room on the first floor. At this point, my parents were not able to get a room elsewhere so they took what they could get. At no point were they offered any sort of discount or compensation. After hearing, I called personally and was told the manager had gone home for the day. I left my information and no one ever called me back. They paid full price for 3 nights in a room that was did not accommodate their needs. We have stayed here in the past but will not be back.

The property needs maintenance, the tiles were popped and cracking. The beds were creaky and seemed like matters was cheap. Needs drywall repair and plumbing drains need cleaned.

The elevator was out of order, the staff called the day before our visit to let us know. I really appreciated them letting us know. It didn’t affect our stay, we didn’t mind walking up stairs to the 2nd floor. The ice machine was also out of order on our floor, a little inconvenient, but I still enjoyed my stay.

Nice quiet place, close to eating establishments. Good breakfast selection. The only complaint was the wiring in the bathroom. The overhead light, can lights and exhaust fan were all controlled by one wall switch and the fan was very loud.

Great family stay
Overall our stay was great. The pool could use some maintenance, but the water was the perfect temperature and we spent hours in the pool. Breakfast was good, the coffee was delicious. We did have some trouble finding someone at the front desk when needed, but the team members were very responsive, friendly and made sure we were taken care of.

Everything was pretty clean. Slightly musty from being close to pool and usual hotel smells but nothing terrible. Slept well in a comfortable king bed. Which is a big deal as I usually don’t sleep well away from home.

Too much febreeze
Just a dated hotel but my big problem was that Febreeze had been sprayed all over our room and it was so strong we had to leave the windows open most of the night. It would be better just to have to carpets and fabrics cleaned.
