Breezy Shores is like no other place on the North Fork. Our 1930s cottage is set on 80 acres of private, waterfront property overlooking Shelter Island. There's a new kitchen and bathroom and it's set up for a family. There's also a porch with a futon that can sleep one and an outdoor shower. It's only a five-minute drive to all the great restaurants and shopping at Southold and historic Greenport.
