There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor; a roomy master suite that includes a separate sitting area with a large 55" flat screen smart TV. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for those breezy summer nights. Full size bathroom are located on each floor. First floor living room is equipped with a 65" smart TV and pull out queen size Tempur-pedic sofa.
Central air is installed throughout the home and controlled by Smart thermostats. Full size kitchen has all the cooking and baking necessity needed for a cook out. With Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf range gas stove, Bosch dishwasher and stainless steel farm sink, this will make cleaning and entertaining a joy.
