WHen I checked in the staff was AMAZING. Friendly and cheerful, but on the next morning I needed water so went to the lobby and whoever was working was sitting a booth and literally acted like I put him out. He would not get up or anything. He told me to grab a couple of waters and I did and then I asked if I could charge to my room and he rolled his eyes at me. I wasn't impressed. The room was clean and nice, the only complaint there is how the room is set up. I just think if you moved things around so if you are in bed and want to watch tv you can, but it is set up so you have a closet in front of it. also the bed is so far away from the AC that you can't feel it. The room was beautiful and clean though and I loved that. would have given 5 stars if not for the poor service on Friday morning.

Property was great, only thing not a lot of food options on menu was the down fall. Ans the pool being not reopened other than that had no issue will stay again. The one issue I had was taken care of quickly.

Everything was great at this property. Had a washer and dryer on premise, so that helped. The one down side was the other guests. There were a lot of teens there and they seemed to never sleep, which meant I didn't sleep with the running and slamming of each other doors.

The hotel is very outdated. The pictures on the waiting area are the only part of the property that has been renovated. The property is trash we had to switch during our stay. This is NOT a full Marriott. The room had a smell of cigarette smoke, trash on the floor and no sheets on the bed upon arrival.

The staff was nice and it was fairly clean but the tub in my room wouldn’t drain at all. It was very inconvenient…Also the indoor pool wasn’t open and apparently hasn’t been open all year.

Nice room as expected.
Nice, clean, updated room that was very comfortable. The only drawback is the airliner noise being directly in the path of the runway. But, it is an airport hotel, after all.

Not the best Marriott on this block
Great bar. No in room coffee. Ironing board was horrible. Great Marriott bed, linens and pillow. Decent gym with a good treadmill. Oddly very narrow shower. Good paid breakfast. V. Nice people.

The pool was closed for repairs. No where on Expedia or the hotel site mentioned the pool being closed. I chose the property because of the heated, indoor pool.
