I was only there for a very short time. Got in late and left early the next morning. That being said, the TV kept freezing and worked for maybe a total of 10 minutes of the 3ish hours I tried to watch it before going to bed. The worst part was at 6am when I went to take a shower, a very loud crashing sound happened and I immediately noticed the entire shower head had been disconfigured and had come crashing on to the floor loudly. Pieces were everywhere. The water was shooting out at fire hose like speed and intensity. I hurriedly and painfully took about a 30 second shower, which was painful, but I did not have time to call the desk to get it fixed as I needed to get on the road for my assigned task.

I did not stay in this property and I expect a full refund. They could not accommodate me with a room that had a working TV in it. Then when they assigned me another room, they could not provide a clean room. The manager agreed to credit me for the overnight as I had to leave the hotel and get another room at another hotel. But for some reason, I can’t reach Expedia Other than through a chat bot that cannot respond to my true problem and request for refund. I will be contacting Hilton regarding this issue.

It was pretty much only about 10 minutes from anything that I wanted to do. The area made me feel safe and it was relatively quiet. The rooms were very Good size wise. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly.

Ms. Keisha and Mr. Michael made my stay a good one under the circumstances of my trip. I came to N.C. for the funeral of a close friend of 20 years that I considered to be my sister. They really made it a good one and I will be back. Also, the server at Nate’s was outstanding, she was nice. I’m sorry that I don’t know her name.

It was a hitel that needs a little fixing up. The lobby area seemed to be great. The rooms and bathrooms need to be cleaned properly and maintained. It was a quick trip so other than no one being in the lobby when I arrived to check in to the unfriendly staff on Saturday it was an okay trip. Best thing was the bed and tv.

Oh, the cookies.... those warm, gooey cookies! stayed one night with my elderly mom. got a good accommodation room right near the front. the staff was incredible and so genuinely friendly and kind. I got two more cookies the next day too! didn't realize that you can get more than just two for the stay! I would've liked a free breakfast though. :) never stayed at a bad Doubletree.
