Location is amazing ! It’s close to a lot of shilling centers and its location in a nice neighborhood! Very easy check in and out ! Communication was great ! Everything was new with tags so didn’t mind the stay at all ! Very nice person

Decent but uncomfortable beds
The place has potential to be really nice.....but the beds are sooooo uncomfortable, but overall the place was clean...the shower was good and the kitchen was pretty well stocked....the tv didnt work but its brand new so it will probably be up Soon....at night you can traffic and mostly everything outside. soon

You get what you pay for
I will start my review with the positive things that went well: The hot water was hot! The mattress was comfortable. The price was attractive, which was the biggest reason I booked the condo on 5/14 based on the 10/10 review from April before the series of negative reviews. The list of complaints is much longer. The first issue was the patio door does not latch/lock. The table was set with dirty dishes (a plate had food stuck on it and mugs had lip prints on rims). There were NO towels - not in bathroom or kitchen. Only paper towels, which doesn't meet expectations. I dried with a series of washcloths after showering. The bed frames are disassembled and laying against the wall, two of the wicker-bottomed chairs at the table have seats torn out and will not support adults. No towel bars in the bathroom. There was a letter indicating the pool is closed all season. There is no washer/dryer in the unit, even though the listing says there is a washer. There is no BBQ grill outside the unit. The place could use a good vacuuming of the carpets in the bedrooms. There are no child-friendly dishes, unless you count the paper plates and plasticware. The unresponsiveness of the host, the lack of some amenities, and the overall condition of the condo made the stay a "meh". Because I merely needed a place to sleep for a couple of nights, I think I got just what I needed, but I don't recommend for anyone traveling and hoping to use the place for anything other than a cheap crash pad.

Dirty and gross!
I wish I could add the pictures that I took. walked in the house and there was an odor and a large TV on the floor sitting on top of a blanket.went to the bedrooms and both beds looked like they had been slept in. There were sheet sets sitting on top of the bed, so i ask the property owner why sheet sets were on the bed? This owner says, and "I quote we were getting complaints about the sheets being dirty." I had to ask if the new sheets should have been added to the bed before I got there? There were crumbs left on the stove. The shower looked like someone had just gotten out because the shower curtain was wet. There was a spill on the dining room table. It was so gross! I didn't even want to sit down. Cleaning supplies left in the floor and the bathroom sink was nasty!!.There was no way I was staying there. I was there all of fifteen minutes. Again... I wish I could post my pictures.

Nasty and dishonest
Booked this place early & notified would be arriving after 8 pm. Couldnt even stay on site, it was so bad. Heavy smell of cigarette smoke & animal urine. All beds/furniture on floor, fridge was gross, worst place Ive ever booked thru VRBO. Upset they refuse to refund. I deserve my money back. Joke Do NOT book this place.

As soon as you walked in got with heavy cigar and marijuana smell. Condo/apartment condition didn’t reflect what was advertised. Beds where just the box frame on the floor with mattress on top. No head or feet boards. Beds where not even made had hair and other matter in mattress. New bedding was still in packaging next to beds like if we had to make our own. Floors sticky, food waste still in the sink. No toilet paper in bathroom, shower still had hair, garbage on the floor. Owner refused to acknowledge that the condition was horrible, text a few pictures to show. Still refused to acknowledge. Texted me at 1:30 AM that should stay at the condo since I booked it. Than texted me at 9:42 AM the next morning still refusing to refund the money and that she was amazed that the time I took to take pictures I should have sprayed her condo

Not ready for guests
It was comfortable enough but it doesnt seem the host was very well prepared. No towel rack in the bathroom, kitchen not set up, pots and pans under the sink, silverware in a box in the cabinet. Headboards in the bedrooms but not set up. Small tv in one of the bedrooms not working and the main tv in the living room broke by host but replaced during stay. The host was very good at communicating.

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. I traveled from Illinois to NC to book this property - picking up my daughter from college. Followed the booking instructions. Drove 700 miles, 11 hours - was 25 minutes away from the place and they cancelled on me! Cancelled. Became unresponsive to me and VRBO! Won't provide my money back and am fighting with VRBO/Expedia to get the money back. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Run to the next website and booking.
