I called for confirming reservation and directions the person on the phone said there was NO reservation. So we went somewhere else and yet I was charged for a stay that never happen. UNFAIR. You and Expedia will NEVER have my business again

The staff was grea. I always stay at Tru on business trips and I always have great experiences. The lobby and rooms are always clean, 24 hour hot coffee and I love the water bottle refill machine. Just a great all around experience.
