Your Mom’s combines Grandma Dottie’s Room and Mamaw Uschie’s Room into one cozy and convenient listing. These two private bedrooms, located upstairs in the home we live in, are connected by an en suite Jack-and-Jill-style bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for up to four registered guests.
Thoughtfully designed with a personal touch, Your Mom’s provides a welcoming environment perfect for families, friends, or professionals traveling together.
Each room features:
A queen-sized bed with 100% cotton linens for restful nights.
A dedicated workspace, perfect for work, study, or creative projects.
A mini-fridge and microwave for personal use.
Ample closet space to store your belongings and keep the room tidy.
The Jack-and-Jill bathroom offers a curved glass shower, pedestal sink, and an assortment of travel-sized hair and skincare essentials.

By staying at Your Mom’s, you’re supporting our mission to help Guilford County high school students with learning differences. Through hands-on experience in our guest home rental business, these students gain valuable life and work skills in a real-world setting.
House Guidelines
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
Flushing Policy:
Only flush natural waste and toilet paper. Do not flush sanitary products, wipes, diapers, or cotton items. Improper disposal may result in repair fees of $100–$500.
Damages to Linens & Towels:
Towels: $20 each
Sheet Sets: $100 per set
Pillowcases: $25 each
Quilts/Blankets: $20 to $500 depending on the item
Trash & Recycling:
Green can: Trash
Brown can: Recycling (no plastic bags, please)
Trash and recycling are picked up on Mondays (except holidays).
Quiet Hours:
Please keep noise levels low from 9 PM to 9 AM to respect neighbors and other guests.
Checkout:
Set the HVAC to 68–72°F.
Remove all trash to outdoor bins.
Leave the space as you found it, free of personal items.
Report any accidental damage.
