Perfect location
Anne’s bungalow in a quiet historic neighborhood was everything this 75 year old woman could have wanted for a month’s getaway - not too large for one person and roomy enough for friends who visited a few days. I loved the cozy feel of the home; the front porch was my favorite spot. The park across the street has an easy walking trail, just a short walk to Main St - yes, this IS a perfect location.

Wonderful Stay
Being in this historical neighborhood, with the greatest park just across the street, was a highlight of our trip. The house was charming and had everything we needed. We had our pets with us and they absolutely loved hanging out on the back porch and going to the park twice a day. We were minutes from downtown and all the beautiful walking trails throughout Greenville. I can’t say enough about the town, the place and Anne, our host help make the trip perfect, already planning on returning!!

Nice house near downtown
The house is clean and tidy. Communication with Anne, the owner, was excellent. Check in was easy with good instructions. There were no issues with anything in the house. The house is about a 10 minute walk from downtown Greenville and we walked there several times. It is also half a block from McPherson Park which has an excellent walking trail for dogs. Anne was very kind and generous during our stay.

All went well from check in to check out. There was a small plumbing problem, we called owner and the problem was dealt with within a couple of hours. That was remarkable as the problem required a professional repair and the owner got it done with absolutely no disruption of our stay.

Great location, great place, let down by back yard
Anne's place was great and she was a good host. The place was in great shape when we showed up and had a kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The knives would benefit from a fresh sharpening, but I am someone who typically works with very sharp knives. All in all, everything was great. House, location to the city and McPherson park. The only upsetting thing was the condition of the backyard. We brought our dog with us and hoped for him to be able to use and enjoy it. However, we found some pieces of broken glass in it when we first showed up. It was almost all weeds and vastly overgrown by the time we were done there. As a result, we never really were able to enjoy the backyard. We still loved the back porch, but the yard was more or less unusable. We were there for ~8 weeks and there was never anyone who came by to care for the yard. All in all though, not a huge issue. Just why we would give it 4 stars rather than 5.

Wonderful Experience and Location
This house was charming and in a great location. It was very clean, kitchen was well outfitted and bed was very comfortable. The location, in a quite neighborhood across the street from a park and close to downtown, was great. Anne is a very friendly, responsive host, and even the neighbors are nice. We look forward to another stay.

Home away from home
We stayed here for a month in between moves. What a great spot! Anne was nothing but attentive to anything we needed and felt like a good friend by the time we left. The location is excellent for downtown. The trolley picks up at the park across the street. The gas grill and deck to eat on we're highlights for us. Thanks for a wonderful stay and we can't wait to return to Greenville.

The cutest most comfortable bungalow!
I can not say enough good things about this property. The proximity to town is a short walk which we loved. The neighborhood is beautiful. My husband and I stayed here while we were waiting for our home to be built. The owner Anne is amazing, she responded immediately to any question I ever had. Besides the fact that she allowed us to have our furry family member with us too.

Awesome Experience
This downtown Bungalow was exactly as represented only better. I am new to the area and rented while my house was being completed. The home is charming, well equipped and offers everything you would want plus some. Communication from the manager and owner is above par. The location and the neighborhood far exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend this property more highly.

Vintage Style, Perfect Location, Awesome month in Greenville
This 1918 bungalow is a hidden gem!! We spent a month visiting our young family and this location was absolutely perfect. We were 2 miles to our grandson and only a few blocks to Main Street and all that downtown Greenville has to offer!! The bungalow's vintage style was comfortable and provided two wonderful outdoor spaces, a charming front porch and spacious back deck with picnic table and gas grill!! The kitchen had updated appliances and granite countertops. The bed in the master was very comfortable and the added closet system in the second bedroom was very helpful for the storage of our clothes during our stay. Sabrina Simon, the property manager, was easy to contact and quickly took care of any problems that arose during our stay!!! We definitely plan on returning to this quaint bungalow in the historical area of North Main Street!!

The bungalow was just perfect. It was exactly as described. We will definitely go back.
The property was so cute and nice. The location was great. Just a few blocks to North main restaurants. Also a very easy walk to all of downtown Greenville. I lived in downtown Greenville for several years. It is such a wonderful place. Sabrina was the nicest person to work with in renting the bungalow. She did above and beyond and was helpful in every way. She even offered to have a Xmas tree up since we were there over the Xmas holidays. I said thanks but we have a 14 month old and it might make it a bit hard. When I arrived she had several toys that for our little one to play with and have. The whole experience couldn't have been better.

Great Location and Peaceful
The bungalow was very cute and cozy, and it is in a great location. We used all of the rooms, and the kitchen and dining room were especially helpful since we were there for three weeks. The only draw back is that there is no separate working area. My husband converted the second bedroom into a makeshift office so he could work in a private space, which he needs. I used the dinning room, so I had to clear off my work for every meal. Otherwise, the wifi worked great, and we were able to stay productive. Downtown is close enough that with a comfortable pair of shoes, you can easily walk to Falls Park. We had our dog with us, so we enjoyed walking around the adjacent neighborhoods as well. If you're a runner, and you need a grassy place to run, The Pavilion is one of your best bets. It was soccer season so many of the fields were in use, but my husband was still able to find space for himself. It is about a 10-minute drive from the house, but it's a straight shot. There is a Publix grocery store in downtown, but use your GPS, it's tucked away and tricky to find if you don't know where it is. We also enjoyed the Fresh Market, which is a more upscale grocery store. Our best restaurant experience was American Grocery - expensive, but excellent. We also enjoyed the Green Room and Tupelo Honey. Passerelle Bistro was a little disappointing, but had very nice bread, and you can take your dog if you sit outside, which is true for many of the restaurants. For a local coffee shop, I recommend Coffee Underground on cold nights because it has a very cozy atmosphere, but during they day, I prefer Caviar and Bananas or if you want a hipster vibe, try Methodical Coffee. All of these are downtown, but sadly they are not close enough to the house to quickly drop in and grab a coffee. Unfortunately, there is no good coffee near the house. I tried Two Chefs Cafe and Market, but all they offered was a pump canister of regular American coffee - I was not impressed. For some old fashioned local southern fare, try Tommy's Country Ham House, which is close by (I recommend the buffet). I'm a foodie and Greenville native, so I hope the review about the house and restaurants is helpful. We spent most of our time visiting with family and friends, but for entertainment check out the Peace Center and other play houses and comedy houses. If you enjoy baseball, catch a local game at Flour Field, and there may be a hockey game or big concert at the Bon Secours Wellness Arena.

Wonderful vacation - Jenison, Mi
We stayed in the house for a week in Oct. 2016. We loved everything about this rental! We loved the location to town, the beds were super comfy, the fenced yard for our 2 small dogs, the furnishings, the front porch and back deck, off street parking, even the creaky original hardwood floors, etc. The house was very well supplied with anything we needed such as towels, dish soap, kleenex, tp, soap, paper towels, and other things. There were only 2 of us but house could easily be comfortable for more. We hope to return here sometime in the future as our daughters family has recently moved to the Greenville area and will surely check availability of this home first. Would highly recommend to other renters. Loved walking the neighborhood and to town. Greenville is such a beautiful city for shopping and numerous great restaurants to try. Thanks for renting your beautiful house. JM.

Adorable house & great location!
We loved this house! It has so much character and beautiful front and back porch for hanging out. The location was perfect for our purpose with a nice park across the street. So close to shopping and dining. We would definitely come back and recommend anyone to stay here. My only (minor) complaint would be when booking and paying for the stay... It was wanting to charge me a pet fee even though we weren't bringing a pet, then I was getting requests for my security deposit the night before our stay. We had already paid everything in full but had an additional $200 payment being requested. Sabrina was really great to work with. Very quick with her responses and very friendly. She fixed the charges right away but it was just kind of annoying. We had no other issues at all during our stay but I feel confident that had we, she would have been on top of it! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!!

SUPER propery
This home was all we could ask for and more. We were delighted with the homey feeling and several dining/sitting areas, especially all on one level for the older members of our family. Being so close to downtown, and easy navigation to get to the Friday night on Main events were especially welcome. We are enchanted with Greenville overall, and the historic areas, especially, are safe and interesting visually. We hope to visit again, and highly recommend that anyone consider this property for short or long term.

Quaint home with lots of southern hospitality
We stayed at the house during our transition to Greenville. From Sabrina's hospitality to the accommodations everything was perfect. My family (2 year old and chocolate lab) made this our home for TWO WEEKS! The location allowed us to spend a lot of time at the park and also walk to the downtown within 20 mins. It also allowed me to easily drive up to Clemson. Overall it was an excellent stop on our journey to making Greenville our home!
