Outdated but fine
Overall just ok, bare minimum with updated decor. Beds were uncomfortable and the toilet in the main bedroom was not secure to the ground, so would tip over if you weren’t careful. There’s a padlock on the door, but not in use so you could only lock the handle when you were not in the house. Neighborhood was a little sketchy.

Bare minimum
Not enough bath towels for the guest. No hand towels Bar stools are too high for table Back yard could be nice if more furniture and grass better maintained. no basic necessities- such as trash bags and hand soap - as stated in listing! Very uncomfortable trundle - no blanket or pillow for pullout. Duplex not ideal for 6 adults
