Perfect stay!
We stayed for 3 weeks as “pretend Snowbirds”!!! Had our dog with us, too. Yard was great for her. Took walks in the quiet neighborhood and had an easy hop onto the Swamp Rabbit Trail with our bikes. Everything you need is super close. Bed was super comfy - appliances worked great. Felt safe and comfortable during our stay. Would stay here again if we returned to Greenville.

Great location!
We came to town for a birthday party and this home was amazing. It is convenient to many activities in Greenville, including the Greenville Zoo. The bedrooms are a great size as are the bathrooms. The home is very comfortable and the kitchen is great! Evan is very responsive and our 2 night stay was amazing. This place is so much better than a hotel and we had space for me and my husband and my daughter and her family (18 month old). The home had enough space to relax and the fenced in yars is a bonus!

Great place right outside of downtown
We had a blast during our stay. This location is very convenient to Swamp Rabbit Grocer and Cafe and is a short drive downtown. There was plenty to do in close proximity including restaurants, breweries, cycling, tons of parks to relax, and the swamp rabbit trail that connects downtown Greenville to Furman University and beyond!

Very clean, close to everything!
We travelled to town for college visits and enjoyed staying at this property. The home was very clean, was comfortable with ample space and had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were super cozy! This home was perfectly between the locations we were visiting and was truly a quick 10- 15 min drive to anywhere we were going. The Swamp Rabbit Cafe & Grocery around the corner was a gem and we visited several times, both for coffee/drinks as well as to grab a few items to cook dinner at the house. We will definitely stay again on any future trips through the areas!

GREAT COMFORTABLE HOME
Property was perfect, and very tastefully decorated. I loved the color of the kitchen cabinets! King Bed was comfortable. Bathrooms were stocked with basic necessities too. We just needed small bowls for either cereal or yogurt. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and we did. Neighborhood was safe, but got a little noisy at night with neighbor working on his motorcycle from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m. and in turn made all the dogs left outside to bark. (Host said this has never happened before, no previous guests reported this in the past). Overall, great experience.

Great location
Property was located conveniently to swamp rabbit trail and cafe and close to downtown. Great place for dogs as it had a fenced in backyard. House was very clean, new appliances and all you could ask for. Would definitely stay there again when in Greenville.

Fantastic House to Rent!
This house was immaculate! The appliances, kitchen, and bathrooms are honestly nicer than most people have at home, so as far as rentals go- would highly recommend!!
