Perfect Location
We loved the location of this property. It was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of town and yet so close. The cabin was comfortable and well stocked which made for a perfect extended weekend getaway. We enjoyed the afternoon storms and wildlife viewing from all angles of the wrap around deck. The perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or after dinner glass of wine. We also enjoyed the game room where we completely a couple of puzzles. We will definitely consider renting this cabin again.

This is a great cabin. Lots of trees and wildlife but close to trails and town. Has great amenities. We stay here every year and still love it!

Overall it was a nice cabin. We were surrounded by elk and wildlife. The only thing it was a bit hot in the cabin around 1-4 pm timeframe due to no a/c.

Texas and Missouri meet the White Mountains of Arizona
We all live in different states so getting together isn’t easy but this cabin made it easier. The cabin is just lovely and the kitchen is well equipped to make lovely meals. It snowed the entire time, we really liked seeing the Horned sheep that sat around the property. Only questionable thing, instructing us to clean after an exorbitant cleaning fee, that didn’t seem right. Nice to offer a dvd/blueray player but you may want to fix it, remove it or bring your own but it wasn't a deal breaker. I would stay here again.

Very nice cabin
The cabin is as described and my wife and I are enjoyed our stay. A few things to note regarding the location: The “town” and its few shops are only open on a seasonal basis. If you look online, Google will say certain places are open when the reality is they are not. Not a huge deal we came to hike and enjoy the cabin however those going and hoping to eat out at restaurants should be advised. There is one small convenience store that does remain open, they sell basic essentials like water, snacks, canned food. There is no gas station in Greer you will have to drive about 20 minutes to Eager or Springerville to get gas so plan accordingly. Overall very happy with our stay and would recommend.

Wonderful stay, cabin was perfect
The property is absolutely beautiful and conveniently located. Everything needed was in the cabin and very clean. The only exception was the downstairs bathroom floor. It has not be scrubbed (at least around the perimiter in a very long time. Old accumulation of dust. Other than that great stay. We have stayed in this cabin for several years and definitely noticed positive changes since VRBO started managing the property!

The Porches were Special!
This property was perfect for our family. Even with the late summer rains with porches on 3 sides, we were able to sit and enjoy being outside. The amount of games and puzzles kept us busy when rainy hikes were not an option. The neighborhood is so quiet and outside of town, but close to the lakes and the back road to Big Lake. We will 100% consider this property again for our Family Summer Getaway!

Very nice place
It’s a beautiful place to stay. The only thing I would say is that you need to include the cleaning charge in the nightly charge because it wasn’t clearly stated until I received the invoice a few days later with the extra charge on it.

We loved the cabin. Close to sunrise ski resort. .
The cabin was so cute, slept so many with their private rooms and areas. Games in the garage were fun. Will definitely rent again.! Cleaning deposit was a little steep. Google maps fed us the location for the street before. A little trouble finding cabin. Don’t come at night, might be difficult to find.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It is clean and comfortable, and in a quiet area. The management was great to work with. This is the second time we have stayed at this cabin, and would stay again. Greer is a beautiful place.
