Entered room and immediately smelled like it was a smoking room....which we did not request. Front desk manager apologized, and took it upon herself to get an air freshener bottle and sprayed it around the room/bathroom. Said the previous occupant would be charged $250.00 for smoking in the room. Seems that the housekeeping staff should have notified the desk that smoking occurred and took care of the problem before we checked in late at night and all this had to occur . Other than than that, everything else was fine.

Property needs a little TLC. The drain in our sink would not open, rigged it to work myself. Chip in tub looked like blood. No ice on first floor. New person at check in was very overwhelmed and did not know what she was doing.thankfully someone finally stepped in. The beds were fantastic, we are both tall so it was easy to get in and out but a short person would have difficulty getting into high beds.

Me and my grandfather stay at this property everytime we come to visit from Minneapolis. Which is typically 7-8 times a year. This time we didn’t even get to stay because they canceled our rooms and didn’t notify us. After a long 14 hour drive staff wasn’t knowledgeable on how to resolve the issue upon check in we were exhausted and had to find another hotel in Grenada. We have spent so much money here throughout the years they do not care about there customers at all it’s all only about money. This is not the first time we have been treated unfair and we are loyal customers. Just my first Do not stay here we will never book rooms here again. Been booking here for about 7 years. Very disappointed :(

On our way to Oxford!
We stopped here on our way to a football game. Perfect location right off the interstate. Room was clean and had a lot of space. Breakfast was delicious.

I find it very insulting to receive a request to do a survey on a hotel asking me about my stay, when I never checked into it. A hotel who told me that they canceled my reservation when I spoke to them. However, rejected my refund request through Expedia, when I canceled the reservation minutes after it was mistakenly booked. So, it appears that this reservation was never canceled and your manager who denied the refund took my money and lied to raise your occpancy percentage. Nice.

Asked for a handicapped room or shower stool but because I booked online they wouldn’t change. Silly as we checked in later in the evening and only for one night so you would expect them to be able to accommodate. Shower was not good at all. No water pressure!
