Great custkmer services. Bubbly and inviting staff, helpful and no bother to answer questions. Property is adequate hallways a little outdated looking but doesnt affect overall stay and experience. Room was cosy, warm and quiet. Nice to have a balcony that was private we were able to open it up and let air and natural light in the room. I would stay here again based on my experience.

When I arrived I was very impressed with outstanding customer service and hospitality. Loved the room and it was warm as you walked in. One thing I did not like was the old buildings hotel rooms next to it. But overall I will definitely coming back.

Besides the couple in the next room with 30 seconds of passion it was very quiet and the staff were super friendly and nice. The room was clean and the balcony over looking the river was enjoyable!

Great staff , hotel needs work
Shared balcony with room next door. With minimal security. Room was very run down. Whole hotel needs a facelift. However couldn’t fault the staff , very friendly and inviting
