Very bad hotel
Horrible hotel, smells really bad smoke everywhere. Stains of poop on sheets and broken pool. Low maintenance and poor cleaniness . Doesn’t even worth one star. Having 6.6 rating is very misleading

They never change the sheets on the bed it was dirty. The water in the shower was hardly running. Don't forget the curtain it seem like it never change. Breakfast time is 6am to 9am. Reach there 8:30 they tell me breakfast time is over. I asked him what time is it now he told me 9:00 shake my head. I will never ever stay at Red Roof Inn again

Unless you ask, daily service will not be done. I had to get my key rekeyed every day. Internet service was very poor. The bathtub had rust in it and the towels were stained. The first night I had to get the sheets changed because they were dirty. The pastries were passed the best used by dates. Will not stay there again, nor do I recommend this hotel.

For the love of god, DONT
Awful. Sketchy. Pretty sure whole families live there full time. Dogs running rampant biting other dogs, I watched at least 2 drug deals happen in the parking lot from my room, prostitutes showing up the next day to grab their make up bags…. Whole place smells awful like weed cigarettes and mold. I went to grab a charger out of my car at midnight and got completely locked out of the building. When the old dude showed up he said I needed my id to get in and I told him it’s in my room (gave him name, number, all of it) and that my room key wasn’t working. Thankfully I had a picture of my ID which was enough to get a new room key but still. Sketchier than ANY red roof I’ve ever stayed in. And that says a lot for a red roof.

Stay away. Front desk was kind of rude and changed my room to a single. They dont book double beds for a single person. I book doubles all the time. The hotel is under construction and good luck on a hot shower.

The building and room are beautiful, but the management is going cheap on everything else. I found an empty bottle of alcohol in my room, the wifi didn't extend beyond the doorway, and the shower didn't drain.

This specific hotel would have been my first choice whenever I’m in that area until the last time I stayed there. The gentleman who check me in was very kind and generous. I appreciate his service. But There’s another man at the front desk during the daytime, I found his demeanor towards me very intentional and rude, his customer service was extremely poor. I don’t know if it’s a change of management because usually front desk staff are pleasant and welcoming.
