Charming, cozy cottage with partly open kitchen to the living / dining room. From the living room access to the beautiful open and covered terrace with gas and kettle grill. Bathroom with shower and 3 rooms.
The peninsula Røsnæs is located near Kalundborg and is the westernmost point of Zealand. The nature on Røsnæs is magnificent and you have a beautiful view of the entire Great Belt. Approximately 110 km from Copenhagen, there are about 100 hours of sunshine more than the national average. Take a walk around the island (9 km) or visit the wetlands Flasken, Skiften and Vejlen with many bird species and interesting plants towards the east. In the west you can fish especially well.
The hilly area invites you for walks and there is an 18-hole golf course 20 km away. In Kalundborg you can stroll and visit the old town and historic church.
Also visit the Birkegårdens Haver adventure park with animal and play park, Kragerup Gods estate and many other attractions on 10,000 m².

Man kann das Objekt nicht mit Sternen bewerten. Der Bungalow war innen sauber, ohne Frage. Die Aussenanlagen sind verwildert, mann konnte weder den einen noch den anderen Eingang finden. Die Außenliegen defekt. Klappstühle nicht sauber. Das Haus innen sieht runter gewohnt aus. Die Fenster, Wände innen benötigen dringend Farbe und Bearbeitung. Im ganzen Haus riecht es muffig. Im Nebenhaus ist der Fussboden durchgerottet. Das Haus und die Nebenanlagen machen einen sehr, sehr verwahrlosten Eindruck. Sehr sehr Schade. Rasen an der großen Terasse war gemäht
