Just back from an amazing stay at BodyHoliday. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The resort is beautiful, our accommodations were comfortable, and the food and drinks were delicious. Add in the wellness classes and spa treatments and you definitely have a vacation to remember. What really made the vacation truly special however, is the amazing staff who work at BodyHoliday. EVERYONE we interacted with from the moment we checked in until the day we left, were so welcoming. We met so many amazing people from the housekeeping staff, restaurants and wellness spa. We would like to do a special shoutout to the activities staff - all have incredible enthusiasm and energy, and keep you motivated during the most challenging classes. This trip exceeded all expectations and we are already planning to return as soon as we can.

Body Holiday was a luxurious getaway for my body and soul. Beautiful beach location. Food and service amazing! Daily spa treatments was icing on the cake. Definitely recommend if you visit St. Lucia. I felt very comfortable as a solo female traveler coming here.

We had an amazing time during our stay at this hotel! This was our second visit, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The included spa treatments were absolutely relaxing, and we really enjoyed the variety of sports activities available. The water sports were so much fun, providing both excitement and adventure. The staff deserves a special mention—they were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back for a third visit. Highly recommended!

Cannot say enough good things about The Body Holiday! Adults only, all inclusive which includes a daily spa treatment and tons of activities. The room and property were beautiful. Very comfortable bed and they have pillow/mattress topper options. The staff were SO gracious and friendly! As a solo traveler, I was always comfortable. There is also a communal dining table at dinner which is a great option. Met some really nice people. Many solo travelers as well. Breakfast and lunch were buffets with lots of options and I found the variety and taste very good. Dinners were absolutely delicious. Three restaurants from which to choose. One night they had a Caribbean buffet for dinner with lots of local foods. Friday night was a beach barbecue that was also very good. The spa treatments! Heaven!! Honestly, some of the best treatments I’ve ever had. The therapists are wonderful. Three lovely pools and a small but beautiful beach. Water was clear and warm; no seaweed (I was there in August). I didn’t partake in many activities but there are SO many each day, all of which are included. Highly recommend!

The food was terrible. Recycling whatever wasn’t eaten for breakfast and used again at lunch. The drinks were served in dirty plastic cups and were made with more water than liquor.
