Great hotel , friendly staff which made the stay even better . Loved the beach . Only thing is missing a lot of ingredients to make certain cocktails . Some restaurants were closed or booked and unable to try all due to this . Could be cleaner but overall is still a good resort to stay .

For an all inclusive hotel, they were out of many food and drinks and delicacy that the hotel offers, the pull out sofa couch was worn, you can feel the springs in your back. Communication was also poor. Restaurants on the resorts were closed due to lack of food and i was not notified. I paid for alot of amenities that I was unable to experience.

The resort is beautiful there are small things that need to be repaired but overall the view and access to beach is the best part. The elevator was out more than half of the times I needed to use it. The mini fridge was not stocked but they came and stocked it later after requested. The tub stopper didnt work I placed a repair but no one came. The food was probably the most disappointing part of the trip. The food was very bland lacked quality options.Seasoning was missing on most dishes.I had hoped to have more Native foods as options. The bars ran out of Starwberry,Mango, and Pina Colada options for drinks as well. I was hoping to have tropical drinks on my vacay.The best reservation restaurant was Zen on my last night. Food was good and the cook Miguel made it entertaining.Most of the staff was welcoming while some definitely did not enjoy being there at all. Id rate the vacation as okay. I feel attention to detail on the dining and guest satisfaction was missed on so many occasions.The sports bar wasnt open when it said it was so never got to experience it. The food truck Jerk chicken was decent but they were out of specials like chicken patty and buffalo wings. Not sure I would book again afer this experience with any Royalton. I travel frequently and I booked the luxury experience and feel shortchanged in that promise. The resort wasnt even close to capacity .

The resort was OK. I would give it a 8 out of 10 because they did have good entertainment during the day foam parties, good music at the pool. Food overall was ok, restaurants were definitely portions order double lol .. A nice thing is they do have room service 24 hours in case you need something after hours to eat. Some of the staff were very nice, but some of the women’s staff were not very nice. They had attitudes and acted like you were bothering them when you would ask for something. Some did not even say thank you after tipping them.. Morning Hosts at the buffet especially were rude. Looked you up and down asked my cousin if she had on a training bra when she was wearing a cropped tank top… our room wasn’t ready by 4pm, more like 5pm. Room was decent however we have ants constantly where the coffee maker was and my cousin had caterpillars in her room lol.. The excursion people on the beach hound you 24/7 about doing an excursions they don’t stop. Make sure you bargain with them because they always overcharge. over all did enjoy our stay. I would say 8 out of 10.

Service was another major letdown. Staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, and on more than one occasion, we were met with rude responses when we asked for basic assistance. Room service took forever, and our requests were often ignored or forgotten altogether.

It was lovely. The staff made the stay 10 times more enjoyable. The resort is beautiful and very accommodating and food is accessible throughout. We wish that the steak house had more options for sides and that we were able to take restaurant food to go. Such a lovely resort and I’m grateful to have been able to stay at such resort. I would recommend to others!
