Clean, safe and very friendly and helpful staff. Food was excellent. We loved the hillside rooms because of the view but those who r not good w/ steps should not book it. Get the rooms closer to the beach. Wish they had Caribbean or some kind of taped music playing at the outdoor lunch area and bar throughout the day.

Lovely hotel, staff and service were great. The free breakfast options were amazing. The shuttle was second to none, on time and always available. Though the main pool was under construction the hotel did their best to accommodate all the usual entertainment activities around the pool area and provided other smaller pool options. One minor issue was small harmless ants in the kitchen/bedroom whenever food or glass was left on the counter tops. The sea bed has lots of seaweed at the beach front, so the sea wasn't as inviting as I expected. Perhaps cleaning out the seaweed would make the beach experience much better. However I would definitely return and recommend this'll hotel as a great place to stay.

Bed was terrible. Big sag on each side not comfortable at all. Awoke each day sore. AC barely worked. Working on main pool and other renovations which was not shown on website prior to booking. Only found out after windjammer sent us a notice days later. The staff was very friendly and excellent in every way.

The resort is very beautiful, with amazing accommodations, views, and beach. The water sports and activities were amazing, our family including our two young children had a blast and were never bored. Food was good, enjoyed some restaurants better than others however service can be slow. The staff were so nice and sweet especially to our kids. They made them feel really special. It’s just service was spotty, it would take a long time for them to take our orders and get our food, it was better to order from the beach then go to the restaurants. Overall this was an amazing property, definitely recommend it. Would go for if I’m back in Saint Lucia. One note is that it would be better to not have to sign for a cheque when you are on the all inclusive plan. I felt like it slowed things down quite a bit, especially when ordering a coffee or getting ice cream at the stall. You literally had to sign a cheque for each transaction.

This was my first time at Windjammer and I’m thoroughly impressed. Already considering a trip to return next year! The staff were so incredibly friendly and attentive. The grounds are well-maintained and the resort is beautiful. September is their month for renovations so there was some noise from machines and the main pool was closed, but all of that was so faint at the beach that you couldn’t tell and you still had a great time.

The property and staff at The Windjammer were amazing. You will not be disappointed you stayed. The customer service was the absolute best. The only thing I didn’t care for very much was always needing to sign the receipt for the dining bill because I was there on the all inclusive food plan. I was not charged, but I had to sign the check as if I was paying for the meals.

My stay could have been amazing, but the hiccups I encountered weren’t properly addressed. I notified the staff of the issues, but I think they took it lightly. They also need to address safety concerns and the bug/insect issue inside the villas and plunge pools.

Stepping into our haven at Windjammer, was breathtaking. The beautiful photos of the room online were not able to fully capture the beautifully unique experience of staying in one of the villas, nestled into the hillside, overlooking the Caribbean sea. Incredibly well appointed, the 2-room suite was the perfect respite for my family and I. Our main concern was the need for transportation from our room to the main area, however, the efficient shuttle schedule meant that we were never waiting long for a but. I must add though that the short rides were at times a little harrowing, even though we felt incredibly safe in the hands of the masterful team of drivers who skilfully handled the steep roads! The beach was divine, operating under a very civilised reservation system for beach chairs, but even if you didn't reserve, there was always a plethora of very comfortable chairs available. And with a large selection of water sports and activities included, you will want to spend a lot of time on the beach. But the tour crew is fabulous also, and we spent a fabulous day touring the sulphur springs, waterfall and cruising along St. Lucia's coast. The food was an incredible bonus. Upscale, delicious, well thought-out menus, and perfectly prepared meal options was the ultimate way to round off our experience at Windjammer...and one I would highly highly recommend.

Tired. Building works state underway - noisy and inconvenient as the main pool, the pool bar and one of the beach restaurants are closed. One of the other pools is in disrepair and mine, and other children kept cutting their feet on broken tiles. Management know but do nothing about it. Food is average and expensive. Coffee is terrible. On the plus side, the setting is beautiful, the water is incredible, the staff are friendly and if you’re all inclusive then water sports are included which is a real perk.
