The rooms are okay, they seem to be relatively clean. The problem is the property itself appears to be falling apart. The entire place (with the exception of the rooms) reeks of cigarettes and the walls are thin, so you hear just about everything if you have a neighbor. The elevators are in terrible shape, and the pool area just looks gross. The TV gets a decent amount of channels, and the bathroom gets hot water.

Baymont Hotels in California are almost always very nice Hotels. I was extremely disappointed with this Baymont. My room had broken vanity light in the bathroom that they could not fix. Only had a basic breakfast on the weekends. The hotels gym and pool was so dirty that I did not even want to step indide it to workout. In general the hotel was very dirty and run down. I was very disappointed.

When we pulled up to the property, I was aghast at its appearance. Truly looked abandoned. When I went into the lobby the receptionist was explaining to another arivee that there were no towels in the room. The lobby was so grim, I told the receptionist we would not stay, and I thought we should be given a refund, which of course I had not paid extra for on Expedia. He said the hotel wouldn’t contest my cancellation. We shall see. Meantime, this property should not be listed on Expedia. It is that bad…

I stayed there because the add said the pool was heated and there was a hot tub.and a gym.when we got there the pool was ice cold and the hot tub had caution tape around it also the gym had rust on the equipment and none of the equipment worked.The only positive thing was the staff

We actually did not stay here. We went to check in after the 3pm check in time and there was noone at the desk to check us in. A lady was sitting there and said that someone would be there "maybe in 30 mins or so". We sat out in the parking lot waiting and as we watched the environment around us, we decided it wasn't an area we would feel safe spending the night in.

It seems a lot of smokers stay here. The rooms themselves where not smoky, but people tend to smoke outside the front door, and that smoke comes into the lobby. We typically stay at Marriott hotels, this was not a marriott.
