Where do I start… dirty carpet in rooms. Laundry laying out in halls, bad WiFi, granola bars for breakfast, no phones or microwaves in room, doors to room look easily broken into(gaps), key needs reactivate everytime you leave the room and worst of, front desk missing from front for long periods with no way to reach them. You have to text the front desk but it goes to the computer AT THE FRONT DESK.. so they won’t see or respond unless they are there.

I had Wifi and access to Hallmark movies 24 hrs per day on 2 channels. The people who worked the desk were awesome The issue I had were that I had to wait 10 minutes to check in because the desk person was helping a guest somewhere else. There should be more people working at the facility at night (I got in at around 11pm). The other is there was no soap in the bathroom. I had to use shampoo at the bathroom sink to wash my hands
