The breakfast is not normally included in the price but the hotel honoured this because it was included on the invoice. It was the best and tastiest full English I’ve tasted in years - every thing cooked from scratch We had a top floor room which was very comfortable Thank you OBH

Sadly somewhat basic and we had a room that required virtually 4 storeys of steep stairs. In our late 70s that is tough.

Not enough comfort or style
Sadly more basic than preferred. Very nice friendly family business but limited options for meals during stay. We are in our late 70s and we found the climb to the 4th, highest level really tough.
