I was charged for city view room when I already had paid for the view when I booked. Staff was not willing to give me the room I booked without an additional fee of 74 dollars. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Property is close to stores and restaurants. Inside of hotel is out dated. New photos should be uploaded for more of an accurate descriptions. Rooms are small, towels were old and smells. If you choose a room with no view, you will actually have no outside view.

Great location for a stay in Guadalajara - close to all the attractions! Dining is easily available walking distance all around the hotel too. WiFi worked well and rooms were very well appointed. The staff are gems - Marco at the desk and the bellmen and security at the door. The rooftop bar was a great vibe with stunning views and great drinks.

La verdad me sorprendió el hotel, queda en plano centro de la ciudad pero es bastante seguro durante el día, en la noche no tanto porque hay mucha gente que duerme en las calles, pero me gusto mucho.
