La construccion del hotel ya es vieja y no se le da el mNtenimiento adecuado por lo que las llaves y regadera estan oxidadas con sarro, aunque los pasillos tienen mucha decoracion fina (cuadros, estatuas, etc) el lugar es comodo pero el servicio es malo, no te dan jabon y shampoo y agua mas que la noche de entrada, despues te cobran. En gral fue bueno con detalles malos.

Unfortunately, I got bad experience by cutting myself an a broken glass table. in my room! I reported it to the front desk plus I got flea bites all over my body, I was trying to charge my phone, looking for an electro plug behind the nightstand I saw descanting bugs. Sorry but I have to be honest. Maybe deep cleaning will help for this issues. Anyway I want to mention that the front crew member had a great uniform presentation. After all that I decided to cancel the extra night I had book for my trip.

Reception & Halls feel like a museum. Rooms are spacious, clean & full of beautiful art. Front desk didn’t offer info on pool, check out time, amenities or onsite or near dining. My favorite part is that parking is underground or in front with security guard posted. Water was warm but never got hot. Which on this trip Was ok because it was so hot in the city in general. Would be an issue if I was traveling in cooler months. Beds were comfy, clean. Only had a bare minimum of towels. I definitely recommend this hotel. Lots of restaurants were close by.

The front desk people was terrible, they need more training to work with customers, they are very rude. The room was dirty,The room have cockroaches, I found 3 big ones, obe in the bathroom , one in the kitchen and one y the dinning room, the kitchen is not equipped at all? That’s is a big lie, there is no a nife, only a mini frypan and a small pot, the noise was constantly annoying us, the wifi is the worse you can have, the personnel do not comply the request for a suite in the first floor for a limited mobility person, (I reserved and paid the suite one month before the stay and write the hotel for the request) I been staying in this hotel for 10 years twice a year for 2 weeks each stay, but Since they change of administration the hotel is lousy and do not worth the money. They raise the stay and now they charge $$$$ for breakfast I wont stay there any more. I will Go to staybridge in plaza del sol.
