Adequate hotel but not on par with any of the other Hard Rock properties we have stayed at. Room was comfortable but restaurants felt abandoned and part of a somewhat dismal shopping center. Lobby entertainment and bar didn’t deliver expected level of quality. Location is also not walking distance to anything and peripheral to most points of interest in Guadalajara.

I expected more on my stay than what I paid. I was given the first floor, next to the highway and elevator. You could hear all the noice. The lobby area was very tiny, comparing to other high end hotels. I asked for an umbrella since it was pouring rain and the employees didn’t know if they had one.They seemed unorganized, the pool area was smaller than I thought. Rooms were ok, bathrooms seemed outdated. I guess I just had high expectations and it was very average and not worth the over $200 a night stay.
