Convenient stay at the GDL airport.
Great option when having an early fligth! Brand new hotel, right in the main terminal of the airport. Very convenient. We slept well, the beds are comfortable.

Everything was perfect other than the receptionist we we got there on 11/29/2024 @9pm she was so rude when I asked for an extra bed she said she cannot give us one because it wouldn’t fit and that we reserved a room for two people when it was 5 of us. I said our plans change and she charged us $500 pesos for the extra people. I asked that why we cannot have an extra bed if last week we stayed in on one of the sames room and we got an extra bed? A guy super nice said he was going to give us one more bed. I asked for extra towels and the women said she can only give me one because the reservation was for 2 and I SAID I just paid you $500 pesos for The extra people why can we not get extra towels, again the other guy was so nice and bring us towels. I also asked for breakfast I knew it was not included and she said it Is 327.00 pesos for per person and you don’t have it included. I knew it and I can pay it she was so rude and mean she should be working there she is the only thing that makes this hotel look bad.
