We had a wonderful stay in Guadalajara. We were very comfortable throughout our visit and felt extremely safe at all times. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when assisting us with booking a tour to Tequila. They were always willing to help, from ordering taxis to making sure everything we needed was taken care of. Miguel was especially attentive and always available to answer any questions we had. Overall, the service exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

I was impressed by the level of service and friendliness of all staff I encountered, from the moment we arrived through our departure. The beds were comfortable, providing an excellent night’s sleep, and the buffet breakfast had something everyone in my family enjoyed. I would definitely stay here again.
