My stay at the hotel was overall very pleasant. The room and bed were comfortable, and the staff was excellent—friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my visit. The location is also great, with plenty of nearby dining options. The only areas for improvement would be allowing guests more control over the room temperature, as the AC controls were locked, and enhancing the quality of the on-site food. Otherwise, it was a great stay, and I would consider returning.

Was notified that a/c in room was not available after checking into room by bellhop . Would have liked that front desk person would let me know ahead instead of bellhop. Also room was not cleaned after I let front desk know it could be cleaned out while I was away for the day .
