The staff was great! Their yard was wonderful for sitting and reading. The rooms were roomy, but the low lighting was a bit bothersome. The big negative was the bed! We asked for a somewhat soft mattress since we’re in our mid seventies, and we’re told all the mattresses we Temprapedics. Well, they were horrible hard! We did remedy the situation somewhat by doubling up the bedspreads under the sheet. But if we return we’ll be bring our camping inflatable mattress!

Me gustó el lugar, siempre estuvo limpio, era tranquilo y el desayuno estaba rico. Además, el trato de la recepción fue muy bueno, me ayudaron a armar algo que hacer mientras estaba en Jalisco. No me gustó la cama, era muy dura.

I loved the architecture and elegant colonial decor. The chocolate and wine made me feel appreciated as a guest. The atmosphere was magical, and the staff were attentive. They even helped us by lending a cell phone charger we had forgotten. The only thing I would suggest is providing guests with a list of recommendations for places to visit, restaurants to try, museums, etc., while in Guadalajara. This hotel is so exquisite that I would completely trust any suggestion they make because their standards are so high!

The place is located in a quiet suburban type location in Guadalajara. The staff was very helpful. The hotel is older and it needs some deep cleaning. Plaza del Sol is walking distance to get food or some shopping. Unfortunately, $200.00 were stolen from my wallet. That was so disappointed. I called the hotel and explained that this had occurred, hotel staff heard me and stated "that has never happened" I didnt want to argue and so I just made clear that I would not stay there again. Partially I take responsibility of trusting that a hotel in a better location; would be a place where I could leave my money 1x when I went to a party. Again this was so disappointing to have that experience.

Outdated colonial hotel in a neighborhood near downtown. Very few restaurants nearby. Breakfast was sparse and service was bad. Mostly canned .The gymn was 3 30 year old machines in an 8x10 room hot as hell. Original booking was for 5 days I left after the first 'night

The customer service was more than excellent. Karina and all hotel's staff always treat us with respect and patience. You immediatly feel the difference from a regular Hotel. Very quite and natural style place to stay. The restaurant has a very calm and the natural view is great. Thanks.
