The whole hotel overall is great, mattress was very squeaky, I wish my bed was more firm as well, it’s was very soft, maybe that’s why it was a bit squeaky.

Staybridge sold my reservation. They did not honored my reservation I made whith Hotels. I have not had any apology or extra expenses I made in Guadalajara. Do not take a chance to have the same experience whith STAYBRIDGE!!!!

The hotel itself is beautiful but the parking sucks. You have to park underground then take an elevator to a floor that leads to another building and take another elevator to the lobby then check in and then another elevator to your room. It’s difficult if traveling with kids and there’s no help or bell desk.
