The hotel room was fairly new, very large, and had a small kitchen, great bathroom and very comfortable bed. However, there was an error between Expedia and the hotel where they thought our party of 5 was due the day before. Just as well we had emails with evidence, and there were rooms available. Also there needs to be more knowledge around where to catch the shuttle bus and times for it. Not everyone has a local phone to call the hotel when you arrive in Guangzhou. A lot of time was wasted on this.

The hotel provided exactly what we needed—a quiet, clean, and comfortable place to rest near the airport. One of the standout features was the complimentary airport transportation, which made our arrival and departure seamless. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring a smooth check-in and making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing environment after a long day of meetings. Another highlight was the breakfast—absolutely delicious with a great variety of options to start the day right. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be returning on future business trips to Guangzhou. Highly recommended!

At the end of five weeks stay in China and an early flight. The next morning we needed hotel close to the airport – I booked two rooms for $145 Australian – that is absolutely fantastic value. Especially since the hotel was beautifully appointed, clean, had efficient staff, a free airport shuttle, and all the service you expect from a five star hotel. Extremely highly recommended for those who want to stay near the airport in Guangzhou.
