The is a good place to stay for a couple of days as a regroup from a long travel into the city. Convenient from GUA. UBER was GTQ 74 ($8USD) and took 18 min (early morning rush hour). Property in good condition. You won’t be able to get your room prior to check in (3p) so plan of arriving on redeye. They will hold your bags and there are lounge chairs by the pool to rest. The restaurant in hotel is actually great. The hotel is a decent walk from any coffee shops or other restaurants, but neighborhoods seemed very safe for walking. Many Embassies in that Zona which was cool. Didn’t use the workout room, but pool was nice.

Stayed for a week. Quiet place, secluded from all traffic. Close to airport but can't hear any jet noise. Seemed like you need a taxi to go or do anything. Very nice views. Room is spacious. Bed makes noise getting in and out, but comfortable. Hot water is good. Rooms are cleaned every day. All in all a good place to stay. Everyone was very attentive to to our needs.
