Jesus at the pool bar needs an attitude adjustment, let me start with that. The rooms were clean, great size but no storage via drawers or cabinets...at least our room didnt. I like that its a smaller reaort so walking to everything is nearby. Drawback cant be helped...that is, lots of locals who think their behaviors, offensive to others, is perfectly acceptable. Other than that, its a nice place. We appreciate staying there. Thx to Juliana at the coffee bar and Willie in the store for their extra hospitality.

I loved the view! I liked the food! The entertainment was fun, but i didn't like that they pay the entertainers to dance with the customers. Vendors like to bother you a lot on the beach and are persistent. And i paid for and was promised an ocean view room and didn't receive it. Nor did they fix it. The staff was really friendly. I had a nice time. Beautiful beach and views. Would love to come back.

Very pleasant stay!
The hotel is very nice and it is worth what you pay for. Very clean and nice renovated rooms. They have hot water and their service is very good. I recommend having the VIP experience to enjoy good drinks. Food is good. I would come back and highly recommend it.

Stayed one week. Property was nice. Service was awesome. Room was always moist so my throat was messed up the last two days. Drinks were good, food was good. Live entertainment was good as well. No cash at the on site atm most of the time so we had to leave the property to get to one so prepare at the airport. Vendors on the beach get really annoying after a few days, but they’re trying to make a living so I get it. I was trying to enjoy my vacation though. A lot of nice friendly people for staff and locals. Good place to visit. Will do it again.

Water under bridge path has nasty water. Mens room nearby lobby coffee shop smells like sewage from floor drains. Not a four star resort. Food choices was good and bars were the best. Main pool was closed during our stay and beach was welcomed. Music is very loud and unpleasant. Don’t understand how this is favorable for management not to see. Ocean view room also 3 stars. Aircon barley would keep room cool. Noting really exceptional here

The hotel is under renovation and nowhere does it indicate it so you can determine if you want to go or not. The main pool is closed for maintenance. Elevators out of service constantly. The staff is excellent but the facilities are not. This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and it was not the best. The food was very good.
