It consists of two large double bedrooms, a bathroom with a glass shower cubicle, a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and an induction hob. Approximately 20 hectares of pristine nature frame this enchanting farmhouse, Colle Surya, in the heart of the Umbrian hills just 6.5 km from the E45. Colle Surya is the ideal starting point for visiting Umbria and its art cities, for relaxing walks and trekking, or more challenging cycling excursions. The farmhouse is located 23 km from Gubbio and about 30 km from Perugia. The nearest town is Umbertide, 11 km away, where you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, greengrocers, sports center, etc. Lake Trasimeno and Tuscany can be reached quickly (the farmhouse is near the exit/entrance of the E45).
