*** Torni D on parhaillaan korjaamassa / päivittämässä rakennusta. Arvioitu valmistumispäivä on 28. kesäkuuta 2019, jolloin sää sallii. Tänä aikana tulee olemaan melunvaimennus ja joitakin rajoituksia. Beach Clubilla on myös monimutkainen laaja kasteluhanke. RCI-maisema on kiinteistöissä klo 7-18, seitsemän päivää viikossa, mutta se on rajoittanut koneiden käyttöä aikaisintaan klo 8.00. Täytäntöönpanopäivän odotetaan olevan 21. kes��kuuta 2019, mutta se voi muuttua.

Beach Club D-1201 on kolmen makuuhuoneen, kolmen kylpy huoneisto, jossa on uskomaton Gulf-front näkymät 12. kerroksessa Doral torni.

Beach Bliss in Bama

This condo was everything we hoped for and more. The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning—we loved falling asleep to the soothing sound of ocean waves every night. The condo was very clean and had a decent kitchen, which made meals easy when we didn’t feel like going out.The included Xplorie perks were a great bonus and saved us money, especially on red flag days when we couldn’t swim but still wanted to enjoy activities.Communication from the host was excellent from the start. Just be sure to read through all the messages ahead of time so you know what’s provided and what you might need to bring—everything was clearly explained, but it helps to be prepared.All in all, it was a peaceful and comfortable stay with everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. Highly recommend!

Vacation Dreams Are Made Of!

The resort and condo were perfect! Everything we could need was in the condo or available in the shops on site. The beach was beautiful, the resort was full of amenities for all ages- truly felt like luxury! Would absolutely stay in this spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath condo again. Beautifully decorated, plenty of room, everything was spotless and the views were breathtaking. This family/friend vacation is what dreams are made of! Host was excellent to work with and communicated by email and text daily. All questions were answered before we could ask them. Don’t miss out on this gem!

What a beautiful spot in Fort Morgan!

BEAUTIFUL apartment & resort/complex. Pools were super clean, the staff was so nice & helpful, the grounds were gorgeous. The apartment itself was comfortable and adequately furnished, beds were comfy, & the view from the patio was amazing! A few minor things to note: You can tell that this home is run by a vacation company, vs an individual homeowner. There were not a lot of extras, kind of a bare minimum set up. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, cups and plates and a few utensils, but no spices or condiments that you will sometimes see in short term rentals. The cooking utensils felt very cheap and bendy. We cooked at the unit daily, and I was a bit worried the spoons might break in half just flipping my shrimp. Not exactly a negative, but just something notable. As another reviewer mentioned, there were no beach items as many other rentals often have. Again, not a necessity just something to make note of. The kitchen wasn’t the cleanest. I always pre- wash whatever I need to use from the kitchen, but it’s usually more for my peace of mind and not because things actually need to be washed. This time it needed it. You’ll want to bring your own cleaning supplies to clean up after yourself, the only thing we found in the unit for our use was a broom & dust pan. Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay. We would absolutely stay again in the future!

Wedding Weekend

The layout of the unit was great and having a third bathroom is a real plus for families--I was just travelling with my 81 year old mom and she loved the walk in showers! The kitchen was very well appointed with anything you need to cook. Like most rentals, remember to bring your own food, PAM, coffee, salt and pepper, etc. There are no beach chairs/toys to use like most rentals in the area. That is the best thing I can say about this stay in this property. It seems as though the unit has been not rented for some time by the amount of dust and dirt in the unit. I feel it is due for some TLC and the owner needs to make sure management/cleaning company does QC on it eah time a guest checks out and before another checks in. Dust was EVERYWHERE and the floors made my feet black with dirt. The knobs in the master water room were falling off of the cabinet above the toliet. Upon opening the fridge, there were stains of some sort of red sauce on the bottom on the interior of the fridge and on the floor beneath the door. There was dust on everything and was some type of foul smell in the master behind the night stand nearest the glass sliding door. The furniture in living room is very tired and worn with tears in the fabric on chairs. The glass sliding doors were only cleaned as high as the cleaning person could reach. I saw other cleaning services on the property with a squeege, that would certainly help This unit just suffered from lack of attention and is tired.

Beautiful view!

The property was as described but I feel the company we booked through didn’t know exactly what the property had to offer. Some things that might be helpful to know: there IS a full size crib and mattress for use (rental company didn’t act like they knew this, and it isn’t in the listing info, so I rented my own not knowing there was one for use). There’s a blow dryer, shampoo and conditioner and soap in each bathroom, plenty of towels!!, bring extra blankets… there’s not any extra for lounging or to add to master bed bedding (which was less than impressive… sheets basically with a very thing fleece blanket and coverlet situation…). There are plenty of plates and utensils, but bring your own dishwashing pods as there’s only one provided. The bathrooms and floors felt clean! Ample outlets and tv’s with some DVDs provided. There’s one small clip on fan for the lower bunk, but no extra fans for the rooms if needed. The rooms get very dark with the blackout curtains, which was very nice for kids and babies needing good sleep. Overall we had a great stay, and the space was perfect for two adults and 4 kids under 7, with extra space also if we needed it for others! The wrap around balcony is lovely with spectacular views! The property at The Beach Club is well manicured with many pools to choose from a beautiful long boardwalks out to the beach with extra walking tracking onto the beach to help with ease of walking through sand. Bands for clubhouse/main pool aren’t included.

Perfect for Spring Break!

Our family stayed here for Spring Break and it was perfect! The location was not too busy and we always had a spot on the beach. We were about 20 minutes from most food places but there was a delicious fresh seafood market that we ordered meals from! It was the best dinner we had all week! Wish there would’ve been more than one use living essentials like TP, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, and stuff like that. We did the clubhouse for the kids and it was worth it. Had a great time!

Would not stay in this unit again

We love the Beach Club and have stayed here many times over the years. This was, by far, the worst unit we have stayed in. For reference we are a family of 4: 2 parents, 13-yo and 15-yo boys. There is a huge deal made about prioritizing the cleaning protocol in the pre-check in material, but this unit was far from clean. The dishes all had to be washed before using because they were FILTHY. The baseboards and floors were obviously halfway cleaned, and the furniture is old and worn. The rolling barn door in front of the washer/dryer didn't work well and it was a physical struggle to move it one way to access the machines, then the other way to access the thermostat to the unit. Refrigerator door shelves and drawers were cracked and broken. Nonstick pans are in terrible shape making cooking difficult. Drapes across living room sliding doors were dirty and ripped at the bottom from dragging on the floor. There were no kitchen towels or dish rags, so we had to use bathroom linens just to wipe down countertops and dry dishes. Since there was a limited supply of these, I was doing laundry every day. As another reviewer noted, although I found a dustpan, there is no broom in the unit, so the only option for keeping sand and other debris off the floors is to lug out the vacuum cleaner every day. There was one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels. At least we knew beforehand that they wouldn't supply these expected items. Overall, we were very disappointed in this rental, but I gave 3 stars because we had the necessitites to make it work. We had the space and beds we needed, the appliances and the A/C all worked, and we managed with the towels and dishes we were given.

Perfect Getaway!

This condo was well kept and had a wonderful view. I was concerned about space with two small families being there but it was plenty big enough. Great access to the beach and the grounds were well kept. The owner was super easy to deal with. Couldn’t have been any happier. We would definitely come back!

Need more details before booking

We love Fort Morgan and the Beach Club! This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom place fit our needs for 3 generations to stay under one roof. Before booking, the listing needs to include that renters MUST bring basic necessities. We were given an email AFTER BOOKING that said we would be given an initial supply of items. There were literally 3 roles of TP in the entire place for 9 people. We had to purchase garbage bags, paper towels, hand soap, etc - there was not even a BROOM to use to sweep up the sand in the condo. Floor tiles and deck tiles were newer although dirty. 10 minutes after my kids took showers the bottoms of their feet would be dirty. Bathrooms and furniture had seen better days and could use updating. In the kitchen, the toaster, electric can opener and toaster oven are on their last legs. Finally, their was sand in 2 of the 4 beds. We did contact the numbers / emails given. Email was not responded to during our stay. We also called the phone number and the agent simply read the “check in” email to us rather than listening to our concerns. I would absolutely go back to The Beach Club at Fort Morgan but I would NOT stay in this condo again.

Excellent

Beautiful location, adjacent to protected dunes. Several pool choices. Did not feel busy or over crowded, and there are no other resorts for quite a way up or down the beach.

Nice place

The resort is nice! I never write negative reviews but feel the need to let others know that you have to pay for the indoor pool-which we did-only to find out the heater was broken. The room needs extra blankets and some children’s dishes (supply cups) would be nice. I never could get in touch with anyone by phone to have them look at the washer. I found a maid downstairs at checkout and let her know the washer wouldn’t lock-so it wouldn’t work.

Beautiful Condo & Location

It was a great stay all around. Great price. Beautiful condo and gorgeous views. Owner of condo was very nice to work with. I would definitely book again!
