This spacious third-floor three-bedroom, three-bath condominium offers beautiful views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, the living area, and generous balcony. Fully appointed kitchen includes custom cabinets, built-in icemaker, eat-in breakfast area, sub-zero refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer.
Other features include 10-foot ceilings with a generous vaulted ceiling in the living and dining room, crown molding, hardwood floors in the living room, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, a separate commode room and separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Highly recommendable - beautiful unit/views
We loved our stay in 304W. It became an instant favorite and we will be back again.
The location is one of the best at this property because of the view. It overlooks the natural dunes and the pool, and the balcony has a feel of privacy. Literally every room on the master suite side has a view of the beach & Gulf.
There were just two of us and we used the master suite. The bed was super comfy. The soaker tub was relaxing. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils/dishes/cookware.
Only the best review for anyone considering a stay in this unit. LOVED it! My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.
