Beach Club Catalina 101, täysin remontoitu kulma ylellinen 3 makuuhuoneen / 3 kylpy huoneisto, odottaa sinua ja perhettäsi nauttia! Ei vaivaa pääst�� rannalle ja uima-altaille, vain kävellä ulos takaovesta! Nauti "laajennetusta terassistasi" ruohoalueelle leikkimistä varten. Ei odota hissiä tai kuljettaa vaihteita käytävillä.

Kaunis uusi graniitti asennettiin keittiöön ja kylpyhuoneisiin, joissa oli kaikki uudet hanat ja pesualtaat. Huoneisto oli tuoretta ja tyylikkä��sti maalattu, täydentäen hiljattain kalustettua rento rannikkorakennusta, kalusteita ja vuodevaatteita. Kaikki patjat ja vuodevaatteet korvattiin vain mukavasti!

Vuodevaatteiden j����rjestely on kuningasmestari, jossa on oma vierekkäinen kylpyamme, queen-huone, jossa on oma kylpyhuone, ja kahden hengen sohva, jossa on vyöryä ja joka nukkuu 2 ja sijaitsee vastapäätä sali-kylpyamme. Sohvaosassa on vuodesohva. Huoneisto nukkuu 6 vuodepaikkaa ja 2 sohvalla. Kaikki sängyt on valmistettu ja sohvalle toimitetaan sarja liinavaatteita. Tarjolla on runsaasti kylpyliinaa.

Patio on hyvin eristäytynyt, mutta voit nähd�� Persianlahden korkeista patio-kalusteista sekä helpon pääsyn puistoon, uima-altaalle ja porealtaalle!

Omistaja on klubin jäsen ja p�����ivittäiset maksut koskevat Clubin vapaaehtoista käyttöä yksityisissä palveluissa. Maksamatta päivittäist�� maksua sinulla on edelleen pääsy uima-altaille ja kylpytynnyreille jokaisen neljän tornin juurella ja voit suojella ravintolan ja salongin klubitalossa sekä ravintoloita ja kauppoja lomakeskuksen sisäänkäynnin alueella . P��ivittäinen maksu on noin 45 dollaria. 00 päivässä kaikille puolueesi henkilöille, ei per henkilö, vaan se perustuu käytettyjen päivien määrään ja maksetaan klubin työpöydällä henkilökohtaisesti. Yksityisissä tiloissa on sisäuima-allas, kuntokeskus, pelihuone, ylelliset pukuhuoneet, joissa on saunat, ulkouima-allas, jossa on tiki-baari ja grilli kausiluonteisesti.

Beach Club on hämmästyttävä ominaisuus! Nautimme neljä uima-allasta ja porealtaita. Omaisuus pidettiin erittäin puhtaana. Tunsimme erittäin turvallisen, että vanhemmat lapset käviv���t koko omaisuutta ja rantaa pitkin.

101C oli hyvä huoneisto perheellemme! Pohjakerros oli t��ydellinen! Kun palaat rannalta, voisimme j��tt��ä kaikki hiekkaiset lelut ja tuolit terassille vetämättä niit���� huoneiston läpi. Tämä antoi myös enemmän tilaa nuoremmille lapsillemme pelata ulkona. Loppuyksikkö oli mukava, koska siellä ei ollut paljon jalkaliikennettä. S��ngyt olivat miellyttäviä ja siellä oli runsaasti pyyhkeitä kuudelle perheelle. Kaiken kaikkiaan tämä ominaisuus ja huoneisto oli ihana. Olisi ehdottomasti jäänyt Beach Clubiin! Huoneisto oli hämmästytt����v��! Asunnon kiinteän sijainnin perusteella pysyisimme tässä asunnossa uudelleen.

Wonderful vacation in very high quality accommodations!

New renovation was great- very very clean- loved the first floor location for our family. Very close to the main pool, our building pool, and access to beach! Property manager was right on top of things, although we didn't have any issues! Highly recommend

Great location

We loved the location. The unit was perfect for 6 of us. It was clean and had everything we needed. Our only issues was that the grill is not near the unit and it would be a hassle to use, so just don't plan to grill. Also the blue chairs shown on the patio are not there anymore. Again you can not get a better location we could sit at the table and watch the kids in the pool and right on the board walk to the beach where you can find all kinds of activities including parasailing. Highly recommend

Unit location is perfect!!

We had an amazing trip to Fort Morgan, Alabama, and were very pleased with our stay at the condo! The corner first floor unit was a real highlight, offering easy access to the beach, main pool, and our unit pool. The pools were fantastic, and the spa was absolutely awesome – perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The unit itself was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We're definitely looking forward to visiting again. Just a heads up for future travelers – it's HOT in August, so be prepared!

Good solid accommodations

Everything was generally good. We did have an issue with dining room light, but was fixed quickly. Some dishes weren't clean and there were little black 1/2" long bugs inside.

Ground floor convenience

The location on the ground floor is great. The condo could benefit from some new upgrades like new cooking utensils and pans. Some of the utensils and pans were not clean. The trash is right outside the front door and sometimes the odor and gnats were really bad. The odor ends up in the condo. The condo is spacious and furnishings are comfortable. The beach is a bit crowded. We reserved chairs for our stay through the chair rental company on the beach and were told they would put us on the front row. They did not. The second and third row of chairs don’t get the nice breeze like the first row. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Tried to notify realtor about issies

Tried to notify realtor about a few issues but never got her. I’ll go through spectrum next time they are on premise and have rarely had issues not resolved. This unit was good but not great. We tried to report marks, stains, microwave not working, and a few other things but never got realtor we are not upset just a bit aggravating.

Property is full of bugs and shy of being filthy

We love the Beach Club and are no strangers to the area after vacationing in the area for 30+ years. The unit manager Pam Martin did not respond to a single inquiry or concern. There are nats in the unit and lots of bugs we've not seen before. They got in our luggage and food and it was a battle to protect our items, unfortunately. The unit is filthy and if I were the owner and she was managing my property is be pissed! The furniture, floors, etc are dirty and moldy. The sliding door is full of grass and debris. The location of the unit is perfect for beach and pool and the staff are wonderful. This is not a good unit for a family and other than putting new sheets on a bed we were disgusted and paid to have it recleaned and the bugs were continuous. The realtor did communicate when she wanted more funds for add-in parking and it was paid. But her phone stopped working when we were not happy and needed her to come to see the unit's filth. No response. Do not stay here or use Pam Martin or her team. There is also other damage in the unit from abuse. We want to speak to someone and do not feel we got what we paid for!

Thoroughly impressed

I booked this condo based solely upon the online reviews and was thoroughly impressed at how accurate they turned out to be. Being able to walk out the back door and be just steps from two pools as well as the beach was so awesome. Plus, the unit is so closely located to the front parking lot that it was a breeze to get to our vehicles when we ventured out. The beds were very comfortable and there were extra blankets and pillows in each room. Plenty of storage. The bathrooms were very clean and also had ample storage space. The only complaint I have is there were just four washcloths and four towels in each bathroom, which proved to be not enough for my family of seven. I'd bring more of my own next time to avoid having to do multiple loads of towels. Additionally, for future visits to this unit, I will bring my own hand soap for each bathroom since what was provided didn't lather well. The kitchen is very nice. I liked all the appliances and found them easy to use. There's plenty of dishes, cookware, cups and glasses. The only food items in the kitchen when we arrived was a jar of Karo syrup and salt and pepper so I'm glad I was able to have groceries delivered the morning after we checked in. The ice maker was slow, but there were two machines close by from which we purchased ice to supplement. Internet connection was spotty most of the time, but was likely due to weather. We relied on our data plan for our phones and used it to hot spot for the TVs.

Family weekend vacation

It was a very nice bottom corner floor close to the beach . We took our handicap sister and it was perfect for her .. Nice restaurant on site and the Village is a fun family friendly area within walking distance from condo. The cleaning service needs training in cleaning under things , just the surface.

Great Beach Location

This is our second stay here, our first being in 2019. The location to the beach and pool cannot be beat, which was our reason for rebooking. Plates and silverware/dishes were plentiful, however some of the utensils could be upgraded (no pizza cutter and the saddest tongs I've ever seen). When we arrived there was a horrid musky smell which we eventually figured was something in the garbage disposal so were able to mitigate and fix it quickly.

Ft Morgan Beach Club

This was amazing place. Ground floor and went out the back door right out to the pools and a short distance to the beach. Enough room for our family of 6 with grandkids. It had everything we needed to cook with. Would highly recommend this place.

First time in Gulf Shores couldn’t have gone better

This was our first time in Gulf Shores and came across this property on VRBO and took a chance. It could not have paid off more. The location of the unit itself is perfect. You’re on the first floor by the loading zone for your vehicle so loading and unloading is a breeze. You’re patio opens up right next to the clubhouse (which I would recommend spending the money for passes for that pool and gym). The pier is right past that to get to the beach. The condo is large and was very clean. Tons of kitchen space if you like to cook. Living room was large with a nice tv to ride out the rain or just take a break from the sun. Showers were amazing for cleaning off after a day at the beach. The property itself is closer to Fort Morgan, which is away from the city of Gulf Shores. If you want to do any of the more touristy things, you’re about 20 minutes away which was perfect for us. There’s a small market right outside the resort and a dollar general store about 3 minutes more passed that. If you go about 20 minutes down the road towards gulf shores there’s a larger grocery store, but overall everything we needed was around us. Property management was great informing us about how to check in and out. Overall an amazing stay and we will definitely be back.

Ahhh, the beach, the beach, the beach!

First time in Catalina 101 and we will stay there again and again! Needed three bedrooms for 4 teens and the parental units. Kids were very happy to have a great space for them selves and our master bedroom was our little oasis. Considering the coast is still recovering, the unit was in perfect order. Loved the fact there was plenty of comfortable seating in living room with a big couch we could stretch out on. Being in bottom floor we were the closest you could be to walkway and pool. Plenty of chairs and beach stuff in the outside closet. Kitchen well stocked, showers were great, just a wonderful place to stay!
