Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach access was fantastic. The condo was clean and the perfect size for our two vacationing families. We flew in from out of state and did not rent a car. Ubers were limited throughout the weekend so we ate early.

We enjoyed the convenience of the location. All of the check in/check out information was very detailed. The kitchen had plenty of siverware, dishes, and pots and pans. There was a Keurig and drip coffee pot. Plenty of space for our group!!

Loved this condo!

Being on the top floor is amazing, great views and so quiet. Loved having two king suites for the adults and the back bedrooms with two bathrooms were perfect for kids. Able to walk to a ton of restaurants and shops and only a quick drive to others. The guys running the beach chair rentals right off the bridge to the beach were so great too. Would definitely stay again!

The penthouse was very beautiful everything was perfect and everyone had enough room. The only complaint I have is if you arrive late it’s not enough directions on how to get the main elevator entrance.

Great view and location. Need to fix a few things

The location and views were great. In general we were very pleased. We did have some issues with the washer and dryer. In one instance when the washer "finished" the clothes were still soaking wet (i.e. driping), like it never went through the spin cycle. In another incident, the dryer would not start. Also, the condo needs blankets. Each bed and its set of sheets and a thin comforter. No blankets at all in the condo.

The whole experience was fantastic. The views were absolutely stunning. The photos and description are very accurate. Comfortable beds and furniture. The whole property was wonderful. We had the best time and I will never forget the views. I would love to go back!

Not as expected

We did not need the code as the door was left open. Upon walking in, the floor was dirty, the condo was hot and dead roaches and bugs in rooms with a view. The bathrooms were not clean, mold on the bathroom ceiling and the jets in the tubs were so dirty that they were not used. We had to change the light bulbs in one of the bathrooms just so we could see. The other bathroom had two bulbs out, and was very frustrated at this point. Some of the sliding doors did not open. The cable in one of the guest bedrooms did not work so we had to call maintenance to fix. I can not honestly give a 5 star rating. For the price of the rental and price of parking for each vehicle we had ($120 total) everything should have been in working condition, clean, and presentable. I would consider monitoring the cleaning service and having all these issues resolved before renting for this price.

Overall was a nice property. We had 9 people and it was a perfect space. Nice furniture. Spacious, and great location. We had issues with the cleanliness upon arrival. The garbage disposal didn't work and leaded to the one sink not draining. The listing is accurate though and we enjoyed our stay.
