Dream Big is a great house/combined duplex for a gathering or retreat. Right across from the beach, with a private pool & elevator. We've renovated the main level so it has one really living room and one big dining room instead of two smaller ones. We think this will work beautifully for our guests! We know how hard it is to find big gathering spaces.

Plus you'll have FREE Golf and Activities every day of your stay to make it even better (value of up to $700/day).

It rents as a whole and has connecting doors on two floors with a total of 12 bedrooms, 10 full baths and lots of room to spread out over 3 floors and 7000 sq feet. The kitchens offer 2 refrigerators, 4 dishwashers, 2 ranges, 2 undercounter ice machines, and there are 4 sets of washers and dryers.

Nice combination of larger common spaces for togetherness, and lots of private bedrooms with porches. The first floor has a family room on each side with a large tv/dvd, games, etc so the kids have a place to call their own.

You'll enjoy an 18'x36' large private pool that can be heated from October to May for $60 per day and outdoor gathering space with grills and seating for outdoor dining. The pool area is complete with lots of lounge chairs, tables for outdoor dining, and a grill. There are also beach chairs for your use.

Located in family-friendly West Beach, 2.3 miles west of Hwy 59. Away from condos & crowds, still quite close to restaurants, shops & attractions.

We accept reservations UP TO 51 WEEKS before arrival. If the corresponding week this year has not passed, we cannot yet accept your reservation. This year's guests have an opportunity to rebook at the end of their stay.

Sorry! NO COLLEGE GROUPS. We welcome teams, church groups, faculty-sponsered groups. Please note we are unable to rent to unchaperoned college groups or groups under the age of 25. Maximum of 30 adults. Hangout Festival there is a $1000 refundable security deposit.

The first floor has 2 King bedrooms overlooking the pool (1 also has a daybed), plus 2 that have a King plus a Daybed and Trundle (2 twins) facing the beach, and two family rooms, one with a Queen Sleeper.

The middle floor has a large living room, a large dining room, plenty of kitchen space and 2 King Bedrooms one with a Daybed overlooking the pool.

The top floor has 2 King bedrooms overlooking the pool (1 with a daybed), 2 Queen bedrooms in the middle, and facing the beach, a King Bedroom with Daybed and Trundle (2 Twins) and a Queen Bedroom with Daybed and Trundle (2Twins).

Under construction and unsafe for my family
I booked this property in March of 2024 for our family of 35 to stay for the week of Thanksgiving 2024. When we checked in to the property we did a double take as the property had a 60 ft boomlift/ piles of siding and a portapotty out side. With in the first 24 hours at this property we had maintenance out 3 times. Loose railings, faucets, falling off of walls, mold, coming through air vents balconies that were inaccessible because they didn’t have railings nails and screws all through the parking area. I will be reaching out to the property management because my family wants explanations as to how they put us in this property if it was under construction with small children in our group.

Family Get Away
This was the perfect place for our family to spend our Fall break. Such a beautiful property! We loved the close beach, enjoyed nearby Fort Morgan, and spent a day on our e-bikes on the trails of Gulf State Park. Highly recommend!

This house was absolutely amazing. We had 24 people of all ages and everything about this house was perfect! The elevator was nice to have for the older folks that couldn’t take the stairs. The pool was nice and warm and clean. We all Loved it and will return again

The place is very spacious and beautiful. My family raved about the balconies and other amenities available. We enjoyed homecooked meals made in the the fully loaded kitchens and on the grill. Everyone had their own space for privacy but the entertainment spaces made it easy to eat and enjoy as a family.

The Dream Big was wonderful for our family of 37. We had 30 sleeping at the house. Of our 30, 12 were under 12 years old. The arrangement of the house gave us room without feeling crowded. Great property for a large group!
We had such a great stay at Dream Big House! Beautiful and clean house. Came with a softball team and the girls loved hanging by the heated pool and in the big open living spaces too. Kitchens were well stocked with everything we needed to cook with while there. A/C was out on one side of the house when we arrived and issue was fixed and handled very quickly. Easy to get in touch with those in charge. We will definitely be returning!

"Dreaming Big Pays Off"
Great Family vacation that included a total of 16 participants, three of which were eight or under. Great and easy beach access. Beautiful well kept pool. House included an elevator which was great for unloading and loading. Great open area for gathering and eating. All rooms had balconies with either bay or ocean views. Very close to entertainment and restaurant venues. Only two minor opportunities... improve the drainage for 3rd floor bathrooms...sinks are a little slow and it's probably time to upgrade the outdoor furniture (love those Adirondack chairs hint, hint).

VERRY DISAPPOINTING VISIT
WANTED TO CHECK IN AN HOUR EARLY. WOULD NOT DO IT. COULD NOT GET THE TV TO WORK AND HAD NO INSTRUCTIONS. SENT A HANDY MAN WHO DID NOT WANT TO BE THERE AND SPENT ABOUT 2 MIN AND LEFT. WE COULD NOT GET THE TV’S TO WORK IN ANY OF THE OTHER BEDROOMS. WE WANTED TO HAVE A WALKTHROUGH WHEN WE CHECKED OUT TO VERIFY THERE WAS NO DAMAGE AND COULD NOT DO THAT UNLESS WE PUT UP A REDICULOUSLU LARGE DEPOSIT. OUR BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS DEMANDING THAT WE WASH AND DRY OUR TOWELS, THAT HAS NEVER BEEN EQUESTED AT ANY OTHER RENTAL AND WE FELT TOTALLY OUT OF LINE CONSIDERING HOW MUCH WE PAID FOR THE RENTAL, ESPEICALLY THE $600+ CLEANING FEE. ON A MORE POSITIVE NOTE, WE DID FEEL THE HOUSE WAS VERY WELL EQUIPPED, CLEAN AND SPACIOUS FOR OUR LARGE GROUP.

Dream Big 2021
This is our second stay at the property, the first time being in 2015. The beds in the rooms were not the same as listed in the listing. The house was mostly cleaned but not a good job. Dishes were in the cabinets and not cleaned. Each bathroom had only two rolls of toilet paper. There was water damage to the ceiling in the main Living room, one toilet on the lower floor was leaking from the back, the front door did not work & had to get a new code, door handle was coming off front door and we tightened it, freezer in east side was frozen shut and we had maintenance fix it only to have it freeze shut again within an hour, several sliding doors did not have locks or did not open easily, one of the lower floor bedrooms had air vents that did not open, the back stairs to the pool were questionable as they were warped and skewed. I don't want to say that everything was bad because it certainly was not, we did enjoy the trip and it is a nice house but it is in need of a lot of repair.

Perfect space for large groups and multi-family gatherings!
House was very clean upon arrival. Very spacious, bedroom lay out is very nice, enough room to spread out and large living spaces for everyone to enjoy. You could easily have 15+ people watching a movie/TV and another 15+ playing card/board games with no problems. The 2 kitchens also provided plenty of space for multiple people to be cooking at once. Elevator came in extremely handy for elderly who were there. Location is very close, short walk, to the beach. It was very nice having a pool for those that had limited mobility or just wanted a break from the beach. There is plenty of seating both indoors as well as on all the balconies and the pool area. There is also plenty of beach chairs, floats, boogie boards etc for use which came in handy. Like many of these type of vacation rentals, they get used a lot and there is some wear and tear but that is to be expected. Overall, I would highly recommend Dream Big for large gatherings. You will not be disappointed.

Had a great experience at Dream Big. House was nice. Pool was great. Lots of tables and chairs by the pool. Close to the beach. My only complaint is that you have to walk around to the front of the house and up the stairs to a bathroom if you are by the pool. There are 2 bedrooms off the pool but the we didn’t want everyone going in those bedrooms wet to use the bathroom.

Awesome property! Everything was perfect. The only complaint we had was the mosquitoes around the property. Definitely need citronella candles around the pool at night. Not sure what else can be done because of the time of year and the foliage around the property.

Best Vaca Surprise EVER!
We surprised our parents with a week at Dream Big! 20+ family members from 6 to 76 years old! Everyone had plenty to do.. the pool was used daily by all and was a big hit! Our parents were able to spend time with all of us throughout the week, which is something they rarely get to do. We are spread out from Seattle to Washington DC, so this was the first time this many of the family were able to get together EVER. Don't know of a better place to have done so than Dream Big! Thanks GSVR! You are awesome!
