Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is a prestigious condominium complex which is located in the heart of Orange Beach & near everything you will need. The many amenities include 2 large beach side outdoor pools, a year round heated indoor pool, gazebo, exercise room, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, deck with picnic tables, several grilling areas, shuffle board, bagged ice machine, security guarded entrance. A club house/meeting room is available with certain restrictions(contact managers office for details).

This pristine top floor unit located on the 9th floor has a breath taking direct view of the gulf, beach and one of the gulf front pools. It has been updated with new A/C, front loading washer/dryer, designer kitchen cabinets, appliances, granite counter tops in kitchen and bath, water heater, tub with decorator tile surround, plank ceramic tile flooring, ceramic backsplash, ceiling fans, new paint & crown molding throughout.

This unit sleeps 4 with a queen bed in the bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living area. There are flat screen TV's, free wifi and ceiling fans in the bedroom and living area. You will find the kitchen equipped with all the utensils required for you to prepare a gourmet meal. There is ample space for dining at the spacious serving bar or enjoy outdoor dining on the balcony. A stacked laundry is conveniently located in the hall. The elevator is near this unit and the door has a keypad lock which requires no key. A lock box with a key is mounted beside the door if a key is needed. Parking permit is purchased upon arrival at the guard shack or managers office.

This great location is near restaurants, fishing, marinas, shopping, parks, numerous family oriented activities and the world famous Flora-Bama. To the east its a 30 minute drive to Pensacola, FL where you may visit the Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels). Its a 1 hour drive west to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. From Mobile, its a short drive west to Biloxi, MS where you may visit several casinos.

This complex provides the best quality beach vacation you will find and it is desirable any season the year. So come on down to the beautiful Alabama Gulf Coast.

Top floor view
Pleasant unit without any problems or complaints. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. Usually when we rent there are a few basics like salt and pepper, coffee filters, foil and plastic wrap (there were none). This causes extra grocery cost.

Perfect for a couple. Still would be fine with a couple with children sleeping on the pull out couch. Bed was comfortable it sets a little high for us short people. LOL The view although was not a direct front view was very nice with a view of one of the outdoor pools plus a very nice view of the gulf. I think this helped cut down the glare of the sun. Door was a little tricky to start with(Timing on the lock maybe) Room is close to the elevator. Perfect location to everything. The beach is very close(you don't have to walk a mile to get to it) it is a beautiful stretch of the beach for those beach walks. Very nice well kept grounds. Indoor pool, workout room, sauna, steam room, and a nice bathroom with dressing room with showers is all in its own building. Jason the host is very nice and easy to work with. They were expecting a pretty bad storm while we were there. Jason came by and checked on us to make sure everything was good. Nice to know the owner lives close by. The storm was not as bad as expected. We are looking forward to working with Jason again on our next trip to Orange Beach. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us. Deana from Missouri

The condo was very nice and clean. Location was great. The elevator Near our room kept going out which was hard since condo on 9th floor. 3rd night at 10:30 pm the fire alarm right outside our room went off. It took 45 minutes for fire department to respond. Then again at 6:00 am the next morning they went off again. Very Annoying.

Beautiful beach front condo. Nice that sun is not direct on balcony after noon. Bring Kleenex and a beach towel. Condo is well appointed. Appreciated the luggage rack. Nice leather recliner for night time relaxing. Only issue is a temperamental lock and dark entrance. Keep trying the code and door eventually opens. Seemed to improve as time went by. Very clean!!

The condo was on the small side. It was manageable for 2 but for any more it would have been a tight squeeze. Pictures made it look bigger. The condo had a mildew smell to it once you walked in. Construction was ongoing our whole stay, they were very polite and never seemed to be in the way of anything. Overall, the stay was good! The beach was right on site and just an elevator ride down.

AWESOME STAY
Everything was simple and and well organized. Our condo was amazingly clean and newly renovated. The location was close to elevator and convenient to pool and beach access. Our only complaint was that the advertised ice machine was broken but we made do. Overall this was an awesome vacation and will definitely be back to stay in the same condo. Thank you!
