Beautiful and convenient gulf front ground floor condo, with spectacular beach front views. Located at one of the most popular Orange Beach locations. Enjoy the emerald water and sugar white sands of Orange Beach at "The Breakers". Listen to the surf right outside your door. Watch the dolphins cruising by in the mornings.

You just can't beat the location! Three shopping centers within walking distance across the street. Beautiful golf courses and marinas all within a couple miles of your door. Great dining just across the street. This convenient ground floor unit has a fantastic beach front and pool view right at your doorstep. We also have another ground floor unit at The Breakers if your party needs another unit.

Beautifully decorated with fresh colorful paint. Spacious (1200 sq ft.) two bedroom, two bath, with queen sofa/sleeper in living area will comfortably sleep six. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen. Linens are provided, but bring your beach towels. No Singles under 25, No Pets & No Smoking.

Did not Meet expectations
The property owners should have their spouses stay at this property for two weeks. Then they would know what it was like to stay at their property. Formost, it was not clean. My wife laundered the bedsheets immediately as they were not clean. They wash machine could not empty the water out at the end of the cycle. Floor needed cleaning. The master bedroom mattress is about 3 years past it's prime. Head and feet lay above our torso's. Master bath toilet could not properly flush without removing the top and manually flushing all the time. Patio door lock broke halfway through our stay. Could not utilize the patio after that. Owner could not get anyone out to fix in a timely manner. So spent several days, walking out the front door to go around to the patio to sit. Some Dining room chairs have loose legs. All in all it's too bad I paid up front, as I believe this owner owes me about a third of my payment back. I do not recommend this place to anyone else until things get straightened out. Too bad, because the location is great.

Steps from the beach
The unit was PERFECT for our family of 5! Exactly 120 steps from the patio door to our rental chairs. The unit was very well stocked with kitchen necessities, bath towels, bath clothes, and plenty of room. The added bonus of the pull out sofa bed worked well for our youngest who did not want to sleep with her sisters. The location was amazing! Minutes to great local restaurants and convenient to grocery stores. The host provided every detail and responded to my questions promptly.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property and the easy access to the beach. The kitchen was stocked well with cookware and dishes. There were plentyof towels and linens. There was a minor issue with the outlets not all being operable but everything else was perfect. 👌

Girls Trip
We had a fabulous time staying in this beautiful ground floor condo. Plenty of beds and we loved having 2 bathrooms. Close to restaurants and grocery stores made it convenient to shop. The beach service guys were very sweet and attentive to all their guests. We have stayed in the Breakers twice and plan on returning again on the future.

PERFECT
The condo was beautiful, clean and the beds were comfortable. You cant get much closer to the beach than this! We loved being able to step out of the condo straight to the lawn. You can even see the pool from the condo. This trip has been our best family trip yet. The beach is so clean and no craziness going on. We would definitely book here again!!

It was my mother and 10 yr old son and myself and we wanted a vacation that we did absolutely nothing and not worry about hustle and bustle of being somewhere. And we booked this condo to do just that. It was awesome being ground level and steps from the beach. We lived sitting in the beach then coming back to sit and let my little one play on the grass area. The condo was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is maybe a bigger tv in living area as we had a couple days we were inside due to weather, and tv is on the smaller size. But overall we loved our stay. And hope to be back in future.

End of year family beach trip!
Excellent property and location with a great view, super easy access, 30 yards to the beach and friendly neighbors. The site was perfect for our needs once we got past the cleaning issues.
