The rooms were nice and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing they had so many options for anyone that would want breakfast. House keeping only came by every other day. Do to our schedule they never cleaned but we did get extra towels. The only negative was the bathroom didn’t have a vent so it was hot after taking a shower.

no switch to turn on exhaust fan in bathroom. alarm clock in room could not be unplugged and display was not visible in order to tell what time alarm was being set for.

Everything was great except we had constant problems with the key cards not letting us in different doors around the hotel. Other guests were having issues as well. I even got a new set of keys and it didn’t make a difference. Also there were no linens for the hide a bed. So I had to go to the lobby and fetch those.

Got settled in our room and stepped on a nail sticking through where the carpet was torn. I went to call the front desk and realized most of the buttons were missing off the room phone. I went to the front desk to report the issues and never saw maintenance in the three days there. While I was at the front dedk I also requested additional towels, and after two hours waiting, as we were on our way to dinner I stopped by the front desk and again requested towels, after we returned from dinner they arrived two hours later. The one redeeming portion of the hotel was a good breakfast. We travel a lot and usually stay with Hampton whenever possible, but this one needs a real management overhaul.
