Nice location. Missing a few items.

No cloths hangers. No kitchen basics like salt, peeper or sugar, other than dishes, a few countertop appliances and silverwear. One Kurag didn't work. Closet light out in 2nd floor, NW bedroom. Very leaky ouside shower. That one really needs to get fixed. Lots of water is being wasted. Other than those few things, we liked the location and the house itself.

Family week

The house was clean great location. The elevator was out and one person in our group was on crutches which made going in and out quite difficult. The internet went out on day 2 but we had a wedding so we were in and out for one of the days. We didn’t call it in immediately. The company did promptly come out but they were unable to fix it, I did receive a small credit for the inconvenience. Wonderful house and Location

House really was nice and you can’t beat the view and location. However, we never did get the two non-working toilets upstairs to work unless manually flushed with the tank lid off even tho it was reported on Monday and Wednesday of our start

On the beach!

This is directly on the beach. Can`t ask for closer to the beach than this. You can easily walk back and forth to get your drinks or food and come back. Excellent pricing for this type of value.

Great location, spacious

Our group of 10 adults and two kids stayed 5 nights at this location. Awesome view and access directly to the beach. Nice to have bathrooms for each of the bedrooms. AC worked great and lots of space to all hang out. The kitchen was sort of well stocked but lacked some basics like spoons, pot holders, dish towels. Grill is a very simple charcoal style grill - no grill tools and the lid has no handle so a bit tricky to use. Overall nice place, but stop by the store for paper plates, cups, paper towels, and utensils on your way.

Family Vacation

Excellent place to stay. A family vacation with 16 people, enough room and having all the bathrooms was beneficial. Beach was absolutely gorgeous. Would highly recommend. We did have to purchase some kitchen hand towels and dish cloths. Also brought our own extra silverware as there would not have been enough.

Great place. Fantastic rooms and layout. Only one complaint and its really just a comment, the grill is terrible and some hot pads would be appreciated. Otherwise ihigh marks across the board.

House was beautiful beds were comfortable kitchen was very nice there was a quite a few things broken door knobs bathtubs leaked there was Construction right next door every day of our stay that I feel like should have been warned beforehand construction workers were very nice try to keep it quiet but obviously noises have to be made when using heavy equipment feel like there should have been a warning about construction right next door

Summer Beach Trip

Had an amazing time with family! Had stayed there 2 years ago and they made several upgrades! Beds were awesome and overall space for 11 of us was great! Love being right on the beach with having littles and on different schedules. Some can stay at the beach while others go in for naps! Ice maker was slow, so would be nice to have more ice available for a hot week! Needs more silverware and kitchen hand towels. Would be amazing to have king beds for the queen rooms too. Also would love to know the brand of the king mattress in the master bedroom??

Lot of repair issues

Property was convenient, clean and spacious. Kitchen was I’ll equipped with broken coffee cup, limited cooking pans and mismatched and inadequate utensils. We had to buy frying and baking trays. Toilet paper holder in one bathroom broken off wall. Towel rack in another bath on floor, front shade half broken, exterior stair rail very loose (seems very dangerous). Broken hardware just laying on entertainment center in master bed room. Two tub enclosures in bedroom profusely leaking requiring constant towels. Tried to call Vacasa but answering system would never answer or allow for a message. Would constantly loop back to main menu. Left text early in week . Received answer right before leaving that they would schedule a repairman. Very dissatisfied.

Excellent location, near to downtown, pretty and well-kept inside, open layout, 7 bedrooms, tons of baths. We felt so pampered with the large jetted master bathtub with a huge window overlooking the ocean. Really liked the private deck off the master bedroom. There is a very helpful ice maker appliance that was so helpful. Be sure to pack extras for the kitchen if you plan on cooking, such as spices, food storage containers, plasticwrap, large edged cookie sheet, crock pot, extra dish towels etc. Also bring anything for a beach day, chairs, blanket, towels, etc. We were very pleased with the house.

Gulf Shores Getaway

We enjoyed the beautiful home on the amazing Gulf Shores beach. We would recommend purchasing new saute and fry pans, additional glasses and bowls. It would be nice to have some common spices on hand in the house. There were a few things in the house which needed updating or fixing such as a board which fell from the upper balcony onto the lower balcony, some sheets were nubby, some small water spots on the ceilings, etc. Overall, we all really enjoyed staying in this home and loved the location on the beach! It was a great trip!

Wonderful home, amazing location

Our four families stayed here and we absolutely loved this property. The location is great. The view from the house is gorgeous, the large windows allow the most amazing view of the ocean. You are literally steps away from the beach. There were plenty of beds and rooms and space for everyone. We have already talked about staying here again. My only complaint is that the elevator was not accessible. My parents are elderly and not having access to the elevator limited my mother to the first floor only. She couldn’t get up and down the steps so anytime we had to leave was really hard for her.

Not as well maintained as it could have been. Door handle from deck to living room was not secured and kept falling off, and it was quite heavy. Ice machine didn't work. One set of bedsheets was not sanitary (I won't elaborate). TV cabinet in LR was a piece of junk. Lots of little things kept house from being great. But great location and the beach access was great. Wouldn't rent it again, though. Makes us wonder what all the weekly rent payments are being spent on; certainly not the upkeep of the house.

Just Beachy

This home was perfect for our annual family vacation. 16 of us ages 8 months-65 years old had a blast. The home is exactly as listed and large and beautiful. And the beach is right there. No need to tow things back and fourth. We set up in the morning and went back and fourth with ease. Communication with the property manager was amazing.
